Salvo a questão do barulho no quarto o hotel é muito bom.

Localização ótima - café muito bom (considerando o padrão americano)

Cons:

Isolamento do quarto com relação ao ar condicionado do quarto adjacente é muito ruim... toda vez que esse ar era acionado gerava um barulho muito forte dentro do quarto (parecia uma turbina ligada) - vc acorda a todo o momento com esse barulho e isso se torna muito desconfortável - nos demais quesitos o hotel é muito bom

Die Lage war okay.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas merkwürdig aufgebaut. Man muss durch das Parkhaus um ins Zimmer zu kommen. Vom Zimmer zum Pool muss man mit einem Fahrstuhl ins EG fahren, durchs Parkhaus und mit einem anderen Fahrstuhl nach oben.

In unserem Bad funktionierten die Steckdosen nicht, der Toilettendeckel war gefährlich locker, der Hebel für die Dusche viel ständig ab, die Küche war aus Baumarktbrettern teilweise selbst gebaut und die unglaublich laute Klimaanlage war direkt neben dem Bett meiner Tochter. Die Queensize-Betten waren zu schmal. 1 Erwachsener musste auf einer zu kurzen Klappcouch schlafen.

Außerdem waren wir nicht allein im Zimmer. Es gab da noch einen Salamander und kleine Spinnen unter dem Kochfeld.

Das Personal sprach fast nur spanisch, was die Verständigung sehr erschwerte.

I like that that the rooms were cleaned everyday and towels changed 👌.

Cons:

The breakfast menu was very small and the options were the same everyday, which makes it difficult for someone who is vegetarian. . I also didnt like that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant/room service.

I also didn't appreciate that I had to pay for 2 bottles of water at check out when I only had 1 bottle, which I told the receptionist approximately 3 times and she insisted I had 2 bottles because that is what she saw on the system. ( I hold her at no fault)

On my day of arrival I had 1 bottle (which was replaced the next morning) and then I proceeded to Walmart to get my own case of water.
