Lovely hotel, pool was fantastic.
Pros:

Location, rates per night were perfect, rooms were comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Receptionist need to be trainedy on how to make eye contact and greet customers with a smile, and make guests feel welcome, that was not the case, the young tall guy ignored us and never looked at me, didn’t even say hello. When we arrived the valet parking made no effort to greet us, or welcome us, I left the parking lot not knowing where to go. Other than that everything was great.

Lovely property
Pros:

The night staff is absolutely the best. The facility is beautiful and the pool looks like a great time.

Cons:

The breakfast could use a little upgrade. The decor did not match the quality of breakfast served. I don't expect meatballs and cold cuts for breakfast. But the lack of quality may be due to the lovely kitchen inside of the suites. The staff definitely make up for any short comings.

El valet parking es un valor agregado sin duda, la limpieza diaria brutal, la segunda habitación donde me hospedé estaba chévere, cómoda , la piscina estaba buena

Cons:

No me gustó el precio de las bebidas en las piscinas, entiendo que tiene que ser más caro obvio, pero 9$ por una modelo me parece algo excesivo, la primera habitación en la que me hospedaron tenía un hundimiento en la cama, eso no me gustó para nada había llegado bastante cansado de New York porque me fui manejando, incluso le pedí el favor a mi esposa que llamara ellla porque no tenía ni energía para lidiar con la gente, aparte la ducha de esa misma habitación no tenía pared ni cortina, dejando salir toda el agua creando un desastre cuando te bañas, eso estuvo fatal, como mencioné antes la segunda habitación si estuvo súper bien
