Good location, however too pricey
Pros:

The pool and location. Breakfast was also good.

Cons:

They charged me a service fee to collect two packages. I asked for late check out for 1 hr and they offered me 30mins max. I paid to check in from 3pm even though my flight was arriving into Miami after 11pm. I checked in at midnight.

Great experience and the Valet guys were excellent.
Pros:

The location, cleanliness and staff were excellent, helpful and always willing to help and assist.
Paola always made sure that I had everything I needed in my room and kept the place nice and clean.

Cons:

The scrambled eggs were not the best choice for breakfast, I would take the hard boiled eggs instead.

Pros:

Localização excelente. Localizado entre dois shopping a menos de 10min e a 15 min do aeroporto de MIA.

Cons:

Não é verdadeiramente um hotel, são flat mobiliados para hospedagem. Mas não deixa a desejar em nada a um hotel. O café da manhã caiu muito o seu bom padrão que a pouco tempo era servido. Não tinha leite quente. Tinha que esquentar no microondas.

Escribí por mensaje interno de booking que llegaría de madrugada y la chica que hablaba español insistió en hablar solo en inglés y me dio un tema por la hora de llegada que ya había cerrado etc etc no entendí su problema si yo había pagado esa noche completa, pagué algo en la taquilla que supongo es impuesto y no un fee

Great value, nearby shopping options
Pros:

It's accessible with public transportation, if you have the time and patience. The area is safe and has many options for restaurants and shopping - Miami International Mall is right across the street, and Dolphin Mall, IKEA are also close (even walking distance, like 10 mins).
The hotel has an art lobby, with several paintings and decorative elements. The staff is nice and extremely helpful.
The room and the bathroom were big enough and comfortable for 2 people. It had a view to a parking lot and an empty parcel. Everything was clean in the room, the fridge and the TV worked properly.
The breakfast was nice and generous, with wide variety of options. Each day they modified the selection a bit, so it wasn't boring.

Cons:

The maintenance could be better. In our bathroom the toilet seat wasn't fixed properly, we reported it, although no one came to fix it.
At the kitchenette there were coffee and tea capsules, we didn't used them, because it wasn't clear whether they charge extra for it. The water bottles had prices on them, so this is why we weren't sure - although, we could have asked, so it's our fault.
