Good location for 1-night before a cruise, but not as a resort destination.
Pros:

Spacious, well appointed suite with comfortable beds.

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con la habitación si bien eran pequeñas cosss no funcionaba. Control remoto cada fuerte cierre de puerta etc

Pros:

breakfast was good, many options.
the hotel is very clean, fresh and attractive

Cons:

with the exception to of a black front desk worker (male) and the housekeeper for my room, I find the staff very unpleasant. customer service is poor for such a nice place. one worker came across racial. overall poor poor customer service and if i decide not to stay here again, this would be the reason. i was very uncomfortable speaking to staff.

Not happy with the quality of the room and the customer service provided.
Pros:

It was close to my business and the pillow was ok.

Cons:

The room was dirty and it smelled like body odor/onions. The vanity area had hair and debris all over it. The furniture was really old and torn up. I asked to be moved but there were no rooms available so the front desk agent said they'd put in a request for a deep cleaning and to comp a night. As I was leaving there was no firm answer on if they were able to comp the night they suggested. Then I got the invoice and there was no comp at all.

Aceptable,mal al final por el cargo arbitrario de 300 Dolares por encima de la tarifa de Booking

El hotel en general esta bien y buena atencion,lo que esta mal,y muy mal y Booking deberia poner atencion a ese punto,es que el hotel me cargo 300 Dolares mas de lo acordado con Booking,llame y escribi varias veces y no logre que me dieran la tarifa que me ofrecio Booking
