Excelente, viaje con mi esposo y tres hijos, mejor de lo que esperábamos, viajamos desde Colombia
Pros:

Excelente sector, ubicación, servicio, habitación, personal amable, hablan español. Desayuno muy bueno, habitación muy cómoda, muy buen hotel y lo recomiendo

Cons:

Fui a la lavandería y solo había dos lavadoras una de ellas dañada y no pude lavar

Mediocre and disappointing!
Pros:

Filler foods, fake juice very little “real” healthy available

Cons:

Nothin impeccable in room. Cleanliness did nos tans out.
No cart available for hours, the personnel really did not care. Had to make four trips to bring belongings to the room trough the elevator. Told the front desk they did not even show concern rather “tough luck” attitude.

Also was told the $8.00 “stick up” parking fee was included in the reservation to later be charged a second time. Will not be staying there again.
Asking photos of my stay, must be an extremely bad joke!

Acceptable
Pros:

Room size amazing! Comfortable beds and clean sheets and towels.

Cons:

Front desk staff were not friendly, there was no greeting at neither check in nor check out. I used to work at Marriott and I didn’t feel any of the customer service standard expectations were met. The TV in our room was not working and I the room floor was not clean.

The Breakfast

Cons:

The mattress is super soft for me. The location is far from the airport. There are two Residence Inns around the airport (I didn't know that). Each has its own shuttle service. Ask the driver before taking the wrong one. The hotel never answered my messages before my stay.

Room smelled of urine. Stains in bathroom, smears on mirror. Stains in freezer. Dust along wall. Alarm clock not functional, I had to try different plugs and mess with the cords.

Our stay was short, yet relaxing.

Early check-in, enough space

Cons:

Staff did not communicate well with us. Didn't tell us anything about the hotel, nor was there anything in the room.
The shuttle service wasn't available until 9:00 a.m. One of the reasons we booked there. Also no coffee before we had to leave at 5:30 a.m.

Nice overnight stay while waiting on a flight.
