Aceptable,mal al final por el cargo arbitrario de 300 Dolares por encima de la tarifa de Booking

El hotel en general esta bien y buena atencion,lo que esta mal,y muy mal y Booking deberia poner atencion a ese punto,es que el hotel me cargo 300 Dolares mas de lo acordado con Booking,llame y escribi varias veces y no logre que me dieran la tarifa que me ofrecio Booking

Pros:

객실이 커서 숙박 인원이 5명까지 가능

Cons:

시설물 고장(전등,콘센트가 몇개만 작동되어 많이 불편)을 얘기해도 별 반응이 없음
예약과 다른 결제 금액이 카드사에 청구되었음
방을 2개를 예약했으나 현장에서는 하나만 있었음

Varias cosas 1- cobran el estacionamiento aliento. Entiendo que lo lo dice cuando hago la reserva. Si es así exijo reembolso 2- el servicio de habitaciones cada dos días creo que tampoco lo dice la reserva
3- la limpieza y servicio de habitación fue un desastre. No nos metían los platos al lavavajillas (por cierto si esto es un cambio
es la política OK. Pero deben avisarlo y obviamente dejar jabón para el lavavajillas. no retiraron la basura de la cocina. Como en servicio es cada dos días tuve casi 4 días los residuos. Una vergüenza 4- les reclame este hecho en el front desk. Lo ignoraron. Dejé la basura afuera de la habitación y estuvo allí más de 24 horas 5- les pedí un reclamo formal y que el gerente se. Comunicara conmigo. Todavía espero. Les importo un bledo!. 6- el desayuno está bien pero no vi un pedazo de queso fiambre o tocino en 6 días que estuve. También deteriorándose!!!!

Will be staying at Marriotts every time we are out of town
Pros:

The staff were amazing and so accommodating. We really appreciated the early check in and late check out as we were coming off a cruise and didn’t have anywhere to go.

Placement of beds was my only issue….they should switch living area & bedroom.
Pros:

Great location. Uberred from airport and wasn’t outrageous. We were able to walk to a nice restaurant and enjoyed walking the area….very clean.

Cons:

The ac in the room was practically on top the bed. …fan large and noisy….i slept on the couch so my son could sleep on the bed farthest from the ac unit.

Great hotel with lots of parking
Pros:

Excellent new hotel in the Dora area. Clean spacious rooms and good parking on site. Staff super friendly. A ton of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. About 20 minutes to Miami airport but worth the extra drive since it’s such a nice place.
