Need better towels - why is it so hard for hotels to maintain nice towels? We stayed for 3 nights last week ((August 2026). The towels were terrible. Otherwise, the room was fine. Beds ok. Great location. Parking was easy, $25/night + tx.
Not all Courtyards are the same, and this one is one of the better ones. The parking garage behind is very easy to park for a $25/day fee. The hotel is very clean and smells nice, and the fitness center is pretty good! The coffee shop in the lobby opens at 6:30 AM and has a wide variety of healthy options. This was a great spot for a quick work trip!
The staff did not do their job after been given vehicle information and putting it on my account for the $30 parking charge so now im stuck paying an $80 parking ticket because of them. Not impressed
It was a place to sleep. Won't stay again!
They charged extra for parking. PLUS $300. Charge for tobacco detector, we don't smoke or vape. I used my nebulizer for a treatment. Now it's a texting war with management for refund.
The host was amazing. Her energy was great. She was helpful and patient. The space in our room was great for the kids.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! YOU CAN BE CHARGED FOR NO REASON WHATEVER THEY DECIDE!!! I was here on a 4-day corporate business trip. My whole team stayed here. Hours after checkout I was sent an additional bill of over $350 for smoking/vaping detected in the room. I do NOT smoke or vape, nor have I. I tried to explain this, they heard none of it. Managers would do nothing stating the fact I was in the room at the one time it was detected by special "detectors" are all the proof they need. I looked back and realized I was showering and drying my hair at that exact time they claim it was triggered - after returing from a hike - and had text proof (telling my team when I'd be ready after drying my hair). I also am being tested for tobacco and marijuana as proof it's erroneous - they seem to not care. The ranges they detected would be difficult to breathe in. The detectors are absolute junk science and anyone could be charged this with no way out. They even acknowledged that they are replaced when they go off without anyone in the room - hmmm isn't that proof they malfunciton??? They are SURE it distinguishes between all other contaminants in the air and vaping, which again is junk science and is unfounded if they do any real research. My company pays, so I'm not even fighting for that reason, but this is COMPLETELY unethical and has become a pattern for Marriott from what I'm seeing online. I also researched and aerosol, steam and hair dryers DO create false positives and Marriott literally doesn't care. I am disputing all charges and will update if they decide to be reasonable, but this is mind-blowing to me at this stage.
