Hotel is pretty, but value for money = lowest ever
Pros:

The hotel is wonderful and the room very clean and cozy. However, if you are not German speaker, you will have a hard time. People speak English, yes, but you have to chase them for information as everything is in German and they don't care if other customers do not get the functionning correctly.

We choose this hotel because there were many indoor activities and we were expecting bad weather. Swimming pool is nice but we were told water was 36°....in the main pool it barely reached 26-27....even the whirlpool did not reach the 36 that were announced.

We were convinced to choose this hotel because of the indoor climbing wall, we thought it would be great to try this for the kids....we never got to it. To access the climbing wall you need to get trained...so far so good. But the training session occured once during our stay (4 nights)....and only 6 people were allowed to be "trained".

No need to say we couldn't get there... This was a terrible disappointment....and when we kindly told them they "forgot" to announce this little change of policy on the website they say it was not so important....well, for such high prices per night for an hotel we endly couldn't do anything in....for me it looks like important.
