環境美但衛生差

有些失望! 到達後要求我們住主樓的6人房,說是因之前打房,我們訂的木屋6人房附近沒燈! 去主樓的6人房看看, 是複式的, 樓下一張雙人床,樓上兩張雙人床, 很有壓迫感,,地方很細, 6人入信都沒地方把行李箱打開, 加上進房時剛噴了煙霧剎蟲, 很嗆! 再去木屋原先訂的房間, 沿路酒店風景很美,設施有spa池和泳池, 綠草青青, 木屋別墅的外型像童話, 很吸引. 進入木屋房間, 很大, 有田園feel, 也不怕周圍有些燈壞了, 住下來. 但發現明顯清潔不足. 天花有灰塵, 還掉下在床單! 洗水間的廁紙蓋上怖滿死蟻! 嘔心死了! 也不敢用, 只用自己私人帶的廁紙! 服務員也不細心. 雖然酒店周圍環境美但也損了心情, 怕戶外的 spa 池也同樣污濁, 沒去! 花了 HK$1500 一晚的房間就只睡睡, 而且也睡不安心因為污穢!

硬體設施仍有改善空間
Pros:

建議SPA池可以改熱水，冷水晚上有些太冷～游泳池不錯蠻大的。住宿六人房插座設計太少不夠充手機和行動電源。淋浴間角落清節度不佳。早餐不錯蠻豐盛的，大致上不錯，不過若能改善小細節有進步的空間～會更好。

Pros:

It was sometimes noisy in the evening due to events and Karaoke. The breakfast wasn't adapted to "Westerners". The pool and SPA were not available. Personnel didn't speak much English. Location in general good, specially for kids, got a "rural" touch, and close to theme park and SunMoon Lake.

環境清幽的飯店
Pros:

渡假村的環境清幽，到訪的季節在二月底，開滿山茶花和少數的櫻花。適合喜歡放鬆、安靜的人。當然也有些設施可以讓小朋友玩。入住小木屋的房型為六人房，房間挺大的，但設施尚可，希望可以提升房間內的硬體設施就更完美了。

貴又沒有網上說的好、服務又差

當我選擇晶園是因爲有spa跟泳池，住進後發現貴又不舒適，spa池竟然都是冷水而且又在室外又沒有服務人員在現場真的很爛，服務態度也不好

離九族文化村很近的漂亮渡假村
Pros:

飯店服務人員很親切態度很和善，小木屋很寬敞，園區很大很漂亮，園區內花卉種類很多，四季都有美麗的景色，值得再次入住的好地方

隔音非常差
Pros:

這應該是歷年來所住過之國內外飯店房間隔音最糟的例子，不只隔壁房小孩/大人繃跳/走路聲被木地板嚴重放大，連講話與小孩吵鬧聲都一覽無遺，簡直等同於沒有隔間。這個缺點整個蓋過這個渡假村其他優點，讓人再也不想入住第二次。另外飯店的晚餐CP值也不佳，一個人399的菜色（幾乎沒有肉）與價格不成比例，還不如開10分鐘車至日月潭用餐。飯店設施除了泳池與SPA池外蠻貧乏的，大片的花園綠樹或許是值得一提之處。
