Perfect location to stay during Songkran
Pros:

Lovely staff, good location. Washer and dryer on location for 30B & 50B respectively. Near a 7-11 and the Tha Pae Gate.

Cons:

Stayed 5 nights and our sheets were not cleaned once. Had to constantly ask for toilet paper.

Amazing place!
Pros:

It’s a very central location, easy to get by foot to everywhere, reception is 24hours, amazing staff (I miss them already), free canteen with little snacks, would deffo recommend for solo travellers or couples for a budget option. It’s very spacious too!

A good stay in town a few steps from Thapae
Pros:

As far as I know this hotel isn't serving any breakfast, but they have a room with free hot water and you can make coffee and tea all day long.
However you just need to step outside to have all kind of breakfast options available.
Some staff is very helpful and kind. They have a great tour desk, that can be used by anyone, not only hotel guests!

Cons:

Rooms come in different sizes, so you need to see what works best for you. Cleaning schedule and house rules do not fit each other it seems. However you can always pick up your water yourself and when the trash in your room piles up you can bring it downstairs. Internet is slow and not working most of the time.
