Would stay again and recommend to others
Pros:

Great location. Staff were very friendly. Very spacious room and big bathroom too. Comfy bed and good pillows. Overall a very pleasant stay

Cons:

Bathroom could probably be a little bit cleaner. Also I had to wait about 10mins when checking out for the receptionist to check over my room before I could get my deposit back. Not an issue, but something to keep in mind if you’re in a rush in the morning!

Would not stay here even if it were the last available room in the old town
Pros:

Booked in advance. Was told upon arrival our room was not ready and to come back after 3pm. Upon returning the receptionist apologised as the female manager had given our room to someone else

Centrally Located, Comfy, Quiet Guesthouse
Pros:

It's centrally located in the old town and on a quiet side street. Rooms are comfortable, large and clean with helpful staff available 24 hours. Washers and dryer on-site are a bonus.

Cons:

A room safe would have been nice, but we managed.

Pros:

Die Lage war super. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht, sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, aber das war uns nicht wirklich wichtig.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war relativ laut, das hat manchmal etwas gestört.

Localização muito boa,muita restauração e lojas indo a pé e não mais do que 20 min ,e grande parte a menos que isso.
Tem aulas de culinária mesmo de frente e é espetacular recomendo!

Cons:

Quando chegamos dizem que não pagamos e que a reserva que tinhamos feito ou foi retirado o dinheiro e era devolvido ou até podia nem ter sido retirado, que foi o nosso caso. pagamos por cartão o valor do Booking e ainda pediram 300 baths em dinheiro caso estragassemos alguma coisa.
Tem maquinas de lavar e secar o que é ótimo ,mas é tudo a pagar em moedas de 10baths e o que tem para vender é so amaciado e não detergente.
Tem uma pessoa grande parte do dia na recepção a tentar vender tours o que se torna chato.
Acabam por querer fazer tudo e não funciona muito bem é tudo num nivel muito baixo, o pequeno almoço não existe, tem lá uns cafés e chá e noodles mas não de jeito.

E não tem elevador e tem 4 andares
