We loved staying here in Chiang Mai, the staff were so lovely and helpful from the off. Room was great and clean, had everything we needed including a fridge which is so handy when travelling! Free snacks and hot beverages available all round the clock too.
The communication through chat was a little confusing at times, as some of the staff’s answers did not quite match my questions. However, once I arrived and stayed at the property, my experience was actually much better than I expected. The staff provided good service and were helpful throughout my stay.
There is no elevator, which may be a little inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. However, the front desk is open 24 hours, the room is quite spacious, and it has all the basic amenities you need. The location is also convenient, as it is in an area with many international visitors, with plenty of restaurants and other facilities nearby.
Overall, my experience during the actual stay was much better than my impression from the online communication.
The main thing I was not very satisfied with was the communication via chat before arrival. Some responses were a little unclear or did not directly answer my questions, so I had to ask again to get the correct information. Also, there is no elevator, which may be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. However, I did not experience any major issues during the actual stay.

El personal es muy amable! Nancy nos ayudó mucho a organizar las excursiones! Muy pendiente de nosotras en todo momento!! El sitio muy céntrico, a lado de todos los templos a 5-10 minutos de cada templo de la old town! Cerca de los mercadillos y el mercadillo de los Domingos es ajusto en la calle de a lado!
The staff is very friendly! Nancy was a huge help in organizing our excursions and really looked after us the whole time! The location is very central—right next to all the temples, just 5–10 minutes from each one in the Old Town. It’s close to the markets, and the Sunday market is right on the next street over!

O ar-condicionado tinha uma questão que só podia ficar na temperatura 25 graus, pois se não ele congelava e ficava pingando dentro do quarto

El wifi no acababa de funcionar bien. Y habia una pequeña fuga de agua en el baño (no nos molesto en ningún momento)
The location was really good for us. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, air con worked and the shower worked fine too. Tea and coffee facilities are downstairs in a shared lobby which was nice. The lady running the excursions is especially lovely.
When we checked into our room a large area of the bathroom ceiling was covered in black mould and had a foisty smell. We communicated this to front of house staff who listened considerately and moved us to another room. We understand that the price will reflect the hotel quality however we have stayed in other budget hotels in chiang mai for the same price which were much cleaner and well looked after. As other reviews have said the whole place needs renovating. In our new room there was no visible mould but the bathroom floor basically floods when you’re in the shower.

The location and the staff were nice. The beds were huge! Quiet neighborhood. I enjoy my morning coffee on the patio outside.
