Good location. Friendly staff! They helped book some excursions for us. The room was big and clean!
The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town. It is very convenient for getting around, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, bars, and 7-Eleven stores within walking distance. A great base for exploring the area and enjoying the local atmosphere.
One of the highlights of this hotel is its outstanding tour booking service. Nancy provides exceptional assistance and can help arrange a wide variety of tours and activities. Hotel guests receive special discounts that often make the prices significantly cheaper than booking through outside agencies. Thanks to her recommendations and support, I was able to enjoy several great experiences while saving money at the same time.
When it comes to the reception staff, I generally had a much better experience with the staff working during the morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, whether male or female (although I encountered male staff more often). They were friendly, approachable, and usually willing to help whenever I needed assistance.
However, I was less satisfied with the night-shift receptionist who usually wears glasses. On several occasions, I noticed him using his mobile phone or resting on the sofa near the entrance instead of paying attention to guests. Communication was also challenging at times. He often started conversations about topics that were unrelated to my needs, and when I asked questions, the answers were sometimes confusing or unrelated to what I had asked.
As for the housekeeping staff, I would like to give them credit for doing an excellent job when they cleaned the room. The room was always well-maintained and cleaned thoroughly. However, there was an issue with consistency. On several occasions, I hung the "Please Make Up My Room" sign on my door, but the request was not attended to on the same day and was instead carried out the following day. While the quality of cleaning was very good, the response to room-cleaning requests could be improved.

Er is een reisbureau waar je tours kan boeken met korting. Erg lief vrouwtje wat daar de hele dag zit.
Er zat schimmel op 2 plekken op het plafond in de badkamer. Maarja wat verwacht je ook voor €10 per nacht…
Onze kamer is geen een keer schoongemaakt. De 1e keer waren we simpelweg te laat de kamer uit en de tweede keer hing het bordje er gewoon nog.
Tout était parfait : l’hôtel était propre et l’emplacement idéal.
Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation !
