Pros:

Sono appartamenti puliti ed accessoriati ma non tutti ristrutturati. Quindi il giudizio sull' appartamento puo' variare anche a seconda del piano e dell' affaccio . Il nostro era pulitissimo ma non nuovo . Rapporto qualita'/prezzo comunque ottimo. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente nel parcheggio vicino al mare a 150 mt dall' hotel

abbiamo utilizzato l'appartamento solo per la notte e siamo stati bene

Wir haben den Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Umgebung sehr genossen.
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und der Zimmerservice gut
Die Betten sind sehr bequem Es gibt einen Aufzug.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Leider roch es immerwieder aus dem Bad.
Die Ausstattung in der Küchenzeile hätte besser sein können.

Exceptional
Pros:

We had an amazing, relaxing stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional. Nothing was a problem. They went out their way to help and make your stay as pleasurable as could be. The location was superb, a fantastic view of the sea from our balcony, few steps to the beach, restaurants, and shops. I would highly recommend this hotel. Robin and Linda, Scotland

Nice place in Agios
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean, and an impressive terrace with one of the best views in the area. Close to everything. The bedroom, bathroom, and terrace were all the perfect size. Bed confortable and big enough.

Cons:

The only downside was the noisy refrigerator; a silent one would be ideal, that would make a perfect stay and score.
It would also be great to have a toaster, though this is not a major issue. Lastly, the shower lacked water pressure

Pros:

I can't find enough words to express my satisfaction with this hotel. Clean, cheap, comfortable. 2 minutes to a small beach, 4 minutes to the proper one. Very nice staff (when taxi didn't arrive, the lady at the reception drove me to the bus station herself!), English-speaking, accessible from 7 AM to 11 PM (much above what's claimed in the description). And I was lucky to have an apartment with a direct view on the sunrise over the island :)

Cons:

Oh, if you don't mind climbing up a hill for 2 blocks or living in a second line from the beach instead of the first - then literally nothing... Oh, no breakfast... Go to the beach - they have one :)

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Schöner Meerblick. Gute Lage.

Cons:

Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung sind schon ein bisschen älter. Das Bad ist sehr eng und es gibt nur eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang

Pros:

Super accueil convivial par la propriétaire, très belle chambre, très bien équipée et spacieuse. Nous avons été surclassé et avions une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur mer, emplacement très agréable, à 5 minutes du centre dans rue tranquille.

Très bonne adresse.
Pros:

L’accueil de la responsable de l’hôtel. Le confort de la chambre, la grande terrasse et la vue sur la mer.

Cons:

Nous avons tout aimé mais il y avait cependant des mauvaises odeurs dans la salle d’eau. Dommage car tout était parfait.

Hôtel bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer au deuxième étage..
Le personnel était très agréable et le studio d'une propreté irréprochable !
Balcon pour déjeuner le matin.

Cons:

La difficulté pour se garer devant !
Il fallait descendre sur le port pour se garer gratuitement mais très faisable !
C'est le cas de nombreux hôtels à Agios nicolaos

Hôtel très convenable pour quelques nuits
Pros:

Le studio est spacieux, le personnel est très aimable, les chambres sont propres et confortables. L'hôtel est très bien situé à moins de 5 min à pied du centre

Cons:

Il est plutôt compliqué de trouver une place dans les rues autour de l'hôtel et le parking gratuit en bas est souvent plein. Le studio pourrait être mieux équipé (sopalin, télé plus grande) mais c'est sont des détails
