City Comfort Hotel at Kitay - Gorod

Отличный отель в самом центре, очень хорошая цена, чистый номер, рядом есть всё, рестораны, магазины, метро ! До Красной площади 7 минут пешком!

Фактически самый центр города, до кремля и основных прогулочных мест рукой подать. Удобный район с кучей кафешек и разных тусовочных мест. Комнаты комфортные, для своей ценовой категории весьма просторные, со всем необходимым. Но. В номере не было зубной пасты! Как сказали на рецепции: «кончилась».

Тихий отель для молодежи в одном из самых тусовочных мест Москвы, Маросейки! Клубы, кафе, паб и рестораны - да здравствуют вечера уикенда! В 200 метрах от метро. Все просто и функционально!

Хороший бюджетный вариант в центре. Аккуратно. Тепло. Чисто. Нам все понравилось.Удобное расположение для тех, кто, как и мы, собрался погулять по музеям и историческому центру Столицы.

Удобное расположение, невысокая цена, достался угловой номер. Есть кулеры и в номере есть кружки и чай. Отличное соотношение цена-качество.

Качество и цена отеля не совместимы.
Нас поселили на крыше.
В номере было холодно, батареи грели еле-еле, обогреватель не спасал.
На второй день начала капать крыша. Администратор из помощи предложила дать стаканчик. Обещали прислать мастера - никто не приходил.
Невозможная слышимость: слышно все! Как ходят люди по коридорам и как разговаривают.
В последний день утром не было горячей воды! И был сильный запах канализации.
Из плюсов только удобное расположение. Больше ничего хорошего отметить не можем.

Room was too hot and difficult to keep window open on to the street

This hotel is in a central location but is old. The staff were helpful but the rooms were not cleaned each day.

Hotel propre et confortable, très bien situé proche du métro Kitay-Gorod et à 12/15 min à pied de la Place Rouge.Quartier sympa avec magasins, cafés et restaurants. Isolation phonique moyenne, on entend les chambres à côté (pas de bruit dans le quartier par contre) et réception Wifi faible dans la chambre, mais très correcte dans couloir ou réception. Personnel sympa.

When it's not hot this hotel could be ok. When i came to Msocwo it was around +28 +30 degrees C. I was in a unit on the third floor with a very loud internal AC that was not managing to cool down the place. I jad to put the ac right next to my bed to get some cool air. The air in the room was somewhat ok only 1m above the floor surface, anything above was unbearebely hot. I had to book another hotel after the first night of stay, the only reason i managed one night was that i checked in at 2am. I was offered no refund, was simply told that i had the luxury of an AC at my unit.
The water in the cooler in the common corridor was hot, glasses in the room dirty. The promised queen bed turned out to be two separate soviet style single beds.
I'm a very frequent traveler to Moscow, this was my worst experience to date. This place could be ok in fall or winter but in summer it gets insanely hot and the promised AC will not provide you with any reliefe.

A localização muito boa, no entanto fomos extremamente mal recebidos por um recepcionista que deve ter passado a noite (Alexandra???), e se mostrou incomodado com a nossa chegada às 6 e pouco da manhã - sendo que estavam avisados. Pouco interesse na comunicação em inglês por parte de quase todos os recepcionistas por quem passamos. No dia em que chegamos não nos foi passado nada sobre o funcionamento do hotel...café da manhã, internet, localização do quarto! Tivemos que descobrir tudo por conta. Acesso difícil aos quartos, bastante escadas, zero auxílio com as malas. No geral, o que mais nos decepcionou foi a falta de hospitalidade!!!

連泊だったが、洗面まわりは清掃されていたがシャワーまわりは清掃していないようだった。

BIEN SAUF PETIT DEJEUNER(quelconque)

La habitación es amplia, pero el cuarto de baño es pequeño, también las camas son estrechas. La ubicación es muy buena. El personal que sirve los desayunos son francamente antipáticas. Está limpio y hay máquinas de agua mineral fría y caliente en cada pasillo, también hay botellas de agua gratis en la recepción. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. El wifi funciona perfectamente en la habitación. Recomendable.

sehr zentrales, kleines, sauberes hotel.
zu fuss zum roten platz in etwa 10 minuten.

Extremely disappointed in the service they provided.

The worst of all is that I left something in the room, messaged them straight away but they didn't even deign to reply. I would have expected a minimum of service from such an establishment but apparently I shouldn't have.

As for the rooms, we were given an outside 'apartment' which would have been alright if it weren't for the fact that the Internet was not working properly and the place was not properly clean.
The area/location is alright and quite close to the Red Square.

I would not recommend it especially considering that there are plenty of other places, unless you are happy to compromise, of course.

Sehr gutes Hotel, direkt an der U-Bahn. Freundlich, sauber, gerne wieder
