Ótima localização!
Pros:

A experiência no hotel foi a melhor possível! Bem localizado, bom café da manhã (bem completinho), cama confortável, funcionários atenciosos e cordiais. O bairro mesmo sendo região central nos pareceu bem tranquilo e em frente ao hotel tem uma loja de conveniência muito boa, o que nos ajudou muito nos dias que ficamos hospedados

Highly recommended hotel!
Pros:

I stayed in three hotels at this price level in Belém, and Belém Soft is the best. The location is perfect, the rooms and bathrooms are great, beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, and the public areas to sit and relax are very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only the gym could be improved a little bit it is very tiny.

A cortina do quarto poderia ter blackout pra deixar mais escuro, na hora de dormir. De fato a única coisa que não achei tão boa foi o hotel não ter estacionamento. Mesmo a gente pagando estacionamento próximo, fica um pouco desconfortável

Cons:

Houve resistência para preparo de ovos sem manteiga. Eu tenho alergia a lacteos e os ovos mexidos do buffet de café da manhã eram preparados com manteiga. Diante da situação, o hotel ofereceu barreiras para solucionar o problema. Cheguei a ouvir de um funcionário que houve reunião na cozinha para orientar a não atender pedido individual de hóspede no café da manhã, isso por conta da minha demanda. Nunca vivi situação semelhante em qualquer outra estadia na vida. Sou vegetariana e com alegria a lácteos. Logo, os ovos eram minha única fonte de proteína possível no café da manhã. Não era um capricho, mas questão de saúde e informei este fato.
