A internet estava muito ruim, tive que sair do quarto para trabalhar. Além disso, o hotel não me disponibilizou talheres, dizendo que não havia mais disponíveis. No entanto, meia hora antes disponibilizaram para outras pessoas. Solicitei um carregador de computador pois o meu falhou e recebi um sonoro não, sem nenhuma tentativa de auxílio. Entendo que uma das funções da equipe de um hotel é auxiliar os hóspedes ou, pelo menos, tentar.
