According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age, regardless their nationality, cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. For non-Brazilian minors, such authorization must be validated by the Brazilian judicial authorities.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Entra as 14 hrs e o check-out as 12h acho errado pois tem menos de 24 hrs a diária e tem vários e vários apartamento , e ter um cronograma para a limpeza
A localização muito boa, perto de tudo, muitas opções a pé. O café é muito bom, não gostei apenas que no salão possui poucas mesas para o café, No mais estou bem satisfeito com tudo.
Achei os elevadores pequenos, e o salão do café poderia ter mais mesas com lugares, achei pouco e isso gera uma certa espera por lugar.

O refeitório onde era servido o café da manhã possuía pouquíssimas mesas, em horário de pico era péssimo, pois tinha que aguardar na fila de espera para usufruí-lo.
Sugestão: O hotel aumenta o número de mesas o que é perfeitamente possível dado o tamanho do salão ou entende o horário do café da manhã.
Localização excelente, próximo dos principais pontos turísticos (max. 15min de uber).Café da manhã bem diversificado, quarto sempre limpo e organizado. Próximo ao hotel tem farmácia, conveniência, café, açai, pizza Hut e Domino's, bares e restaurantes.
A localização é excelente, o serviço de quarto também, faziam limpeza e trocavam as toalhas todos os dias.
Não é que nao tenha gostado, mas o local onde é servido o café da manhã, pode melhorar no quesito mais mesas, dependendo do horário, você não encontra mesas disponíveis!

Staff are very friendly, and helpful. Our room was a decent size and very comfortable. The location is very good in an upmarket area which felt safe to stroll around even in the evenings, and close to supermarket/pharmacy/restaurants, etc. The breakfast buffet has good variety and everything we tried was tasty and fresh. A very pleasant, comfortable stay!
The wifi signal in our room (on the 10th floor) was weak so we were not able to watch anything on the tv. Even on our phones the signal kept coming and going. The AC unit in the room above ours kept dripping onto our windowsill meaning we couldn't have our window fully open all the time and the dripping sound was a little annoying. When we arrived the bathroom had a musty, drainy smell but that soon dissipated once we opened the bathroom window and left it open for the duration of our stay.
