Excellent little gem in Arequipa! Stay here!!
Pros:

Very excellent location as it was close to my relatives' house. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Very hospitable. We will stay here if we come back to Arequipa!! Security was extremely tight and very reliable.

Cons:

The lights in the hallway were very very bright.

Kissen waren zu hoch, aber bei Nachfrage bekamen wir auch niedrigere
Geräuschpegel insgesamt: in den ersten zwei Tagen waren wir wohl alleine in unserer Etage, da war es wirklich ruhig. Am dritten Tag kamen mehr Gäste, da hatten wir alles gehört von den Nachbarn. Da wir uns zwischen zwei Zimmern eins aussuchen konnten, nahmen wir das von der Straße weg, somit hörten wir von dem Straßenlärm fast nichts.
2 Wasserflaschen hatten wir kostenfrei bei Abreise erhalten.
Sicherer abgeschlossener Parkplatz vorhanden, jederzeit zugänglich von innen, Garage vom Hotel.
Frühstück war als Buffet, jedoch landestypisch: Brötchen, Marmelade, Butter, Müsli, Joghurt, Kaffee, heißes Wasser für den Tee, etwas Obst, Käse, Wurst, Oliven, Eier auf Bestellung
Ausstattung nicht modern, aber vollkommen gut in Schuss
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Die Lage war für uns gut, wir sind einen Kilometer zur großen Mall gelaufen. Und die Altstadt ist mit einem Taxi/Uber in 15-20 min. zu erreichen. Fussläufig alles zu erreichen was man benötigt. Ä

Cons:

Wie erwähnt in der dritten Nacht sehr laut, wegen weiterer Gäste. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Jedoch man hörte jede Klospülung und jeden Wasserhahn/Dusche der benutzt wurde.

A great hotel to stay that is near the city center with almost zero waiting time for taxi.
Pros:

Excellent service, staff were very helpful and they gave us useful information about sightseeing and taxi hiring. The room was very clean and well equipped.

Pros:

Nuestra estadia en este hotel fue genial, es muy comodo y acogedor, la limpieza es excelente y la atencion del personal es magnifica.
La ubicacion es inmejorable y hay todo tipo de servicios, transporte urbano y taxis cerca. Lo recomiendo y pronto volvere a hospedarme con mi familia.

Definitely stay again
Pros:

Secure parking for motorcycle very clean helpful staff that spoke English. Good breakfast. Excellent shower and a short walk to a very large shopping mall with lots of restaurants

Only criticism is the room got a little stuffy so a fan would be nice

A lovely hotel with English-speaking staff who will bend over backwards to help
Pros:

Nice modern hotel, with super friendly and helpful staff. Good central location with secure parking for motorcycles or 1-2 cars. Good size room with modern bathroom and desk and chair. Excellent value for money. Buzzy non-touristy area.

Cons:

A bit of traffic noise in the room during the day and evening.
