Incrível desde a recepção o pessoal do estacionamento, do cafe da manha do restaurante sao pessoas muitas educadas e atenciosas o pessoal das camarreiras sempre deixavam o quarto sempre limpo e agradável

Hotel agradável em Cabo Frio
Pros:

O quarto é grande. Equipe bastante cordial, nada a reclamar da limpeza e localização. Possui estacionamento gratuito. Tem piscina mas nao usei. O café da manhã é bom e tem opção de pedir para fazer tapioca. Meu único comentário é a respeito a internet que não funcionou, mesmo tendo informado o problema a recepção.

Pros:

I arrived a day early due to my own mixup with travel dates from the UK. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations.
All the staff were so helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. Europe should take a lesson off crayon customer service

Local maravilhoso, só o restaurante que deixou muito a desejar, pedi um almoço que a carne veio requentada, fiquei bem chateada, e pra fazer o check in fiquei mais de 30 minutos com um atendente, as meninas poderiam ter ajudado ele mas foi passando um monte de gente na frente e eu lá em pé.
