Great Location. Beautiful Hotel Great Breakfast
Pros:

A Beautiful Old Hotel with lots of Original Features. It’s a short walk to the main square. The room was big Clean and Very Comfortable. The Buffet Breakfast was Great with lots of Choices. They have Hot Drinks Available 24hrs and also offer a great Laundry service All the Staff are Lovely.

My advise for accomodation in the centre of Arequipa
Pros:

High class room in the historic center of Arequipa for a good price. The breakfast buffet was pne of the best of our trip through Peru. In the night we had good sleep without noise.

À 2 minutes à pied de la Plaza de Armas, la chambre était au calme, pas besoin de mettre des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir. Le matelas est confortable ainsi que les oreillers.

Cons:

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain, on a eu froid. Pas de couettes, ce sont des couvertures avec un drap à l'ancienne. Les couvertures étaient rigides et lourdes.

Las habitaciones falta de limpieza, la calefaccion hay que pedirla con anticipación y tiene un ruido quz no déjà dormir y el desayuno le falta variedad.

员工热情，房间空间大。
Pros:

房间跟图片一样，空间大也很典雅。酒店员工非常热情，我们从普诺做夜巴士过来，不但替我们安排了接送还让我们提前check in。因为我们有几个人高反没胃口，还开放了厨房让我们单独煮了一些饭食

Sleeping in a tent on a mountain was better

Cons:

I arrived at 5am after an overnight bus as a solo female traveller. Early check-in was not available, which I understood, however the reception staff were unfriendly, spoke no English, and offered no waiting space or support so I had to sit on a bench from half 5 to half 7 cause no cafes were open

My luggage was left unsecured on a sofa in reception, not locked away like every other hotel I stayed in, which did not feel safe. There was also no hot water at all so couldn't shower for 2 days.

At checkout at 5am, reception was unattended — the staff member was asleep in a room next to reception and did not respond to repeated calls of “hello” and “hola”. I had to bang on a door to wake him in order to leave. The front door was locked with no way for guests to exit independently, which felt unsafe and concerning.

Vale a pena.
Pros:

De tudo, o lugar é lindo, parece que está na Itália. Tínhamos uma vista linda da janela. E o quarto e banheiro, muito espaçosos. Café também é muito bom.
