Das wunderschöne historische Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Man kann in Arequipa alles prima zu Fuß erreichen. Wir durften früher als angegeben in unser Zimmer einchecken. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen und sauber, die Möbel vielleicht etwas einfach. Dafür war das Bad modern und groß und das Frühstück war auch gut. Wir würden das Majestad für einen Aufenthalt in Arequipa auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
Fueron flexibles, al tener la habitación disponible pudieron dármela 8 am, el personal fue muy amable. La decoración es muy bonita. Muy buena relación calidad precio.
Difícil encontrar algún punto negativo. Talvez que el agua de la ducha caliente más rápido.

No estaba lista la habitación cuando llegamos, nos pasaron a otra habitación y luego a otra que tampoco estaba lista, faltaban las toallas. Me retiré y no me entregaron la boleta electrónica, los llame y me dijeron que luego me enviarían, hasta ahora no llega la boleta.

El televisor se quedó sin señal y no se podía hcaer uso de el.

Las fotos distan mucho de la realidad, la habitación estaba llena de humedades.
La limpieza deja mucho que desear, al llegar la bañera estaba sucia y el servicio de habitaciones se limitó a hacer la cama, el baño estaba tal cual lo dejamos, con el vaso de cepillarnos los dientes lleno de agua y sucio y no repusieron jabón en dos días.
La televisión no funcionó en los tres días que estuvimos.
También había una obra en la habitación contigua que nos impidió el descanso durante la tarde.
A pesar de las quejas no nos pusieron solución ni nos cambiaron de habitación.
El desayuno bueno aunque sin más.
