Cuando llegue no me ayudaron con mis maletas, llegue a mi habitación la estaban limpiando, deberían colocar letreros en todo caso para que avisen , en el desayuno habían tequeños y sabían muy mal, parecía de días anteriores.

La habitación no está insonorizada: es un problema porque muchos clientes se levantan muy temprano (3.00 a 5.00 a.m) para excursiones y se oyen maletas en el empedrado y conversaciones.
