For a small room such as the one I had stayed, the CP vale of it is rather low.
Got a window room. very clean, helpful staff, good coffee available in comfortable lounge on third floor. It was a bit cold when outside temperatures were in the 50s and low 60s, and the internet could be unstable, but overall, a good experience for a good price.
