I would honestly rate Swiio Hotel Daan beyond a typical 3-star hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
What really stood out to me was the attention to detail — everything was thoughtfully prepared, from the pleasant room fragrance to the complimentary snacks and complete toiletries. It felt more like a boutique or even a higher-rated hotel experience rather than just a standard stay.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped place to stay in Taipei.

Breakfast was only ok
The breakfast was fantastic, with a really good variety of choices and high-quality ingredients. It was always filling and a great way to start the day. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt very light, with an extremely comfortable bed. I especially enjoyed the bath and the bath bomb — everything in the room felt thoughtfully placed and well designed. The location was also excellent: very central, close to the MRT, and surrounded by great restaurants, including Le Blanc next door, which also doubles as the breakfast space. The staff were very hospitable and kindly allowed me to store my luggage for later pickup. Everyone was helpful and communicated well in English. The laundry service was also very convenient, allowing me to freshen up my clothes before leaving.
Honestly, there is not anything that stands out as being negative. We loved our stay here.
So many things to explore inside the room. Love the design. So many small things that made you feel that how much this hotel pay attention to details. Literally still keep on finding out small surprises even after 2 days. Spoiler, can see the taipei 101 at the rooftop

強いて言えば、ロビーが狭いのでソファなどはなく、荷物を広げるスペースはなかったです。
The room I had booked was very spacious and clean. The hotel's location is great; walking distance to the MRT and there are lots of convenience stores, coffee shops and amazing restaurants around.
The bed and pillows were very comfy (even though this may be subjective) and I loved the Japanese style toilet. The bath tub was also very comfy.
The power bank that they offer in the room for you to use, is a nice little touch and I don't think l'd seen this at any other hotel before. Definitely a great plus.
In some hotels it's a bit annoying to get the temperature right in the room, but at this hotel temperature control is spot on!
I didn't interact a lot with the staff, but they all seem very nice and decent.
The view wasn't the best one, but it definitely didn't affect my stay in a bad way. I guess it depends on where your room is located as well.
I think that all the amenities and the different scents are a very nice touch and I think a lot of people will appreciate it. For me, it didn't do much as I am not really into these things.
They don't really have a big lobby or a communal area where you can sit and relax. As a solo traveler who is always out exploring it wasn't really a huge issue for me. Also, there are many coffee places nearby where you could just hang out
