Pros:

The Hotel was clean and the service offered were so good. There was an area where you can restore yourself with cookies, snaks, icecream and take all the water you want. there was a problem with the internal loudery but the staff solved it immediately and was very kind

Pros:

24小時的自助吧很不錯 環境乾淨 種類豐富~ 櫃台服務很親切 也有訂購鳳梨酥的服務 17:00前訂購隔天早上9:00可以送達 非常便利的服務 下次入住的話想使用看看:)

Cons:

雙人房格局有點不順 洗手台在外面 很容易把地毯潑濕
廁所跟浴室的門 是正對床的 而且間距很小 幾乎是一個門打開的距離而已
不太喜歡這種房型 下次若再入住 會避開此房型....
隔音不好 隔壁房關門聲很清楚 很常嚇到

小零食可自由取用～
樓下就是全家 屈臣氏
過馬路就有公園捷運
地點很棒 非常好的一次住宿體驗
因為只是短暫停留一晚 所以訂了無窗房
雖然沒有採光 但冷氣充足 順便除濕一下
推薦給來訪台北的旅人們

明白無窗房本來就會比較悶
但通風可以更加強！

Buena estancia en Taipei
Pros:

Nuestra estancia fue buena y mejoró a los días, fue de agradecer.
La habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda, agradecemos el cambio ofrecido de habitación
El personal fue muy amable en todo momento.
Durante todo el dia puedes disponer de snacks, bebidas, cafés, helados... fideos.... es un plus.
Mencionar la buena ubicación, muy cerca de la estacion principal de Taipei.
Comentar tambien la disponibilidad de lavadora y secadora gratuita.

Cons:

Al llegar nos dieron una habitación correcta, aunque no acababa de parecerse a las fotos de nuestra reserva.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y hacia mucho ruido, lo cual era molesto para un buen descanso. No dijimos nada , pero en la habitación habia una hoja para expresar nuestra valoración. Anotamos el mal funcionamiento del aire y a los 3 días el personal nos ofreció un cambio a otra habitación.
El no descansar bien hubiera hecho que nuestra estancia no hubiera sido buena.

Good stay for the price

-not too far from the train station
-not In the most touristic area so more calm and more locals
-they held our bags no problem

Pros:

Le via hôtel est un vrai paradis, avec des chambres surequipees et un personnel remarquablement serviable. La proximité du métro (ligne rouge) en font un endroit stratégique pour rayonner dans Taipei !

Pros:

The shower water pressure was great. There are both overhead shower and hand held. The room is small but enough space. I love the free water bottles they provide and they also have a snack lounge with bottled waters, cookie snacks, cup noodles, soft serve, tea, coffee, espresso. The staffs were friendly and speak English. The area is great as its 5-10 min walk to street shoppings, cafes and food. There is also a Watson and 7-11 around the corner.

Pros:

The location of Via is great, just minutes from the main station and near to lots of shops and food.

The room was comfortable and clean. The free water, drinks and snacks provided in the kitchen downstairs was really appreciated, especially the bottles of cold water on a hot day.

The hotel also allows you to order breakfast through their reception from some nearby places which then get delivered, which is helpful.

Cons:

Only negative was a powercut that lasted for about 2 hours one night at around 11pm. It wasn't the hotels fault, I assume, but communication could have been better about what was happening.

•台北駅は徒歩圏内: 地下街Z4出口からエレベーターで地上に出ると良い
•間違えて2件予約してしまったけど通しの予約にまとめてくださいました
•英語が話せるスタッフさん達には親切にしていただいた

Cons:

強いて言うならば、
トイレットペーパーの位置(苦笑)
後ろを振り向かないといけない…

Pros:

2度目の予約です。今回もありがとうございました。早朝シフト？受付の方に質問した際、英語があまり通じなかった。たまたまだと思います。日中シフトの方々はとても親切で英語も通じる。タクシーの予約もしてくださってありがとうございました。

Cons:

初回の部屋とはフロアが変わりましたが、やはりトイレットペーパーの位置は後ろでした(苦笑)
