Children under 04 years of age may stay free of charge in existing beds, however their breakfast is not included. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. Guests who book at the property and indicate that it is only one person and then add more people to the room will have extra charges added to the price of the reservation for extra people.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. O hotel é bonito e organizado, as instalações sao novas e a localização é muito boa! O cafe da manha é simples mas bom (ovo, pai e frutas)
No cafe da manha deixaram somente um funcionário para atender a todos e tem poucas opcoes.
La ubicacion y el diseño del hotel es bonito. La cama es comoda y la ducha es aceptable. El mobiliario de la habitacion es bonito e incluye nevera en la habitacion por lo que eso es un plus. Donde se hace el desayuno es la ultima planta y tiene unas vistas a la ciudad bonitas.
No tiene aire acondicionado en la habitacion. De verguenza que un hotel de 4 estrellas no tenga climatizacion en la habitacion. La ventana de mi habitacion daba a un patio interior por lo que no era muy bonito. La ventana tenia cortinas que NO ERAN OPACAS. Eso significa que, como la luz del pasillo estaba encencida, entraba luz en la habitacion durante toda la noche. El desayuno NO ES BUFFET. Un hotel de 4 estrellas que no tenga desayuno buffet...no es un hotel de 4 estrellas.

החדר מקסים. נעים, מיטה טובה.
מים חמים - לא תמיד יש בדיוק כשרוצים אבל הערה לצוות בקבלה והכל מסודר.
חלון. אין מיזוג והחלון פנימי בחלק מהחדרים דבר שאינו נעים באמצע הלילה כשאין אויר.

This is not a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2-3
The windows look into the corridor, there is not soundproofing, it is very hot in the room, the toilet couldnt flush
The rooms were very big and comfortable, the location is great and the staff very attentive and friendly.
The bathroom in the first room we stayed had a bad odor. We informed the staff and they happily changed our room.
We arrived very early in the morning at 6.30am and they had a room available so we were allowed to check in so early!! It was fantastic and very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable.
The room was facing an inner courtyard so it felt very warm at times. There is no AC so that doesn't help. You also really hear people walking outside the hotel so not ideal for light sleepers.
Wielki pokój ze wspaniałym balkonem i wanną. Czysto. Wielkie wygodne łóżko. Fajne śniadanie, szczególnie pierwszego dnia (szwedzki stół). Bardzo miły i pomocny Personel. Do centrum krótki spacer. Znakomity pobyt.
