Children under 04 years of age may stay free of charge in existing beds, however their breakfast is not included. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. Guests who book at the property and indicate that it is only one person and then add more people to the room will have extra charges added to the price of the reservation for extra people.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The windows look into the corridor, there is not soundproofing, it is very hot in the room, the toilet couldnt flush
We arrived very early in the morning at 6.30am and they had a room available so we were allowed to check in so early!! It was fantastic and very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable.
The room was facing an inner courtyard so it felt very warm at times. There is no AC so that doesn't help. You also really hear people walking outside the hotel so not ideal for light sleepers.
The rooms were very big and comfortable, the location is great and the staff very attentive and friendly.
The bathroom in the first room we stayed had a bad odor. We informed the staff and they happily changed our room.
Wielki pokój ze wspaniałym balkonem i wanną. Czysto. Wielkie wygodne łóżko. Fajne śniadanie, szczególnie pierwszego dnia (szwedzki stół). Bardzo miły i pomocny Personel. Do centrum krótki spacer. Znakomity pobyt.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel o dobrym standardzie, zlokalizowany w centrum miasta w starej kamienicy. Wygodny, przestronny pokój (mieliśmy suite), jednak trochę mała łazienka. Niezbyt dokładne sprzątanie - ale może wynika to z faktu, że na ciemnej drewnianej podłodze widać każdy okruszek. Polecam na pobyt w Arequipie.

While booking it shows you a double room as 260 something SqFt. In reality it's a shoe box. To get the bigger room you need to pay extra. End up feeling cheated.
Hotel has very good location, you can easily walk to the main attractions. The breakfast on the 5´th floor is beautiful.
The hotel let us to come earlier to the room for free. Which was very nice. Definitely recomend.
Wifi did not work all the time.
It was beautiful maintained and was close to city centre. The personal was very attentive with the stay as I bought it for my mom’s birthday. They provides recommedation for her tours and were kind enough to bought her a special present for her birthday💖 I can’t be more grateful for the stay and the accommodation they provided for the whole 4 days. Me gustó mucho la ubicación, la amabilidad del personal, el cuidado que demuestra el hotel hacia los huéspedes al entregar un box de alimentos cuando uno debe salir muy temprano y no hay tiempo de desayunar. También la excelente relación precio vs servicio
