It’s worth the money. I don’t think you’ll get a better accommodation in West Bay for this money.
Pros:

Rooms are huge and clean. Very spacious rooms and comfy beds. Location is great, very close to the beach.

Cons:

I wish thr parrots, bunnies, and turtles were better looked after (more perches and for them to be able to be covered at night). But that really doesn't have anything to do with the comfort of my stay.

A wonderful stay in a new country for us. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return.
Pros:

My family of four loved the location- right near the beach but set back so it was not so busy. The views of the surrounding hills and vegetation were great, especially from the roof. The roof pool was a huge bonus too! All the staff were very friendly and helpful and Celeste gave us lifts to and from the airport, even taking my daughter on to the ferry port. The condo was very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Cons:

The windows needed replacing but we were told that was going to happen soon. One was just very difficult to close but we managed it.

Pros:

Location, it’s just a 2 min walk to the main beach straight across the gate, bang opposite to the small local mall with stores for grocery, bike rentals, cafes and a hospital.

We loved the location, comfort and friendliness of West Bay Lodge.
Pros:

My family and I loved West Bay Lodge. We stayed in the two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo and it was perfect for our family. We all had plenty of space and the full kitchen helped us cook a few meals at home. The location is fantastic - a five-minute walk to the water, but far enough from the loud music and crowds of the beachfront. Celest and Laurelie and the team at West Bay Lodge are all amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy and helped us with snorkeling equipment and tours. We will be back!

Great stay
Pros:

The owner is very attentive and friendly. The room is very spacious with air conditioning and full kitchen. The location is 3 minute walk to the beach. The owner is also so nice to lend snorkeling gears and pointed the best snorkeling site just footsteps away from the hotel, which saved me the hassle booking a snorkeling tour (I saw so many fish (very big ones too) and sea stars!) absolutely enjoyed my stay here!

Cons:

The shower is not very strong.

Pros:

I traveled with my two teenagers and they loved the lodge they liked the feeding the animals too. I appreciated the free breakfast and the quick walk to the beach. Celeste, the owner was amazing and Lorelei at the front office also! Super helpful and helped me with horseback riding for my daughter and charter fishing for my son. Cannot recommend West Bay Lodge enough! We are going back next year too!

Vores hytte var stor og godt indrettet. Der var en fin lille pool til stedet, og gåafstanden til stranden var kort. Vi fik lov at tjekke en time tidligere ind.

Cons:

Personalet virkede lidt stresset. De ville gerne hjælpe, men det lykkedes ikke så godt. Vi bad om hjælp til at bestille en snorkeltur, men fik ikke et svar senere på dagen som lovet.
Det ville være dejligt med the til morgenmaden.
Der kunne godt være nogle regler for, at børn under en vis alder ikke bader i poolen uden voksenopsyn.
Air conditionen larmer, så husk ørepropper!
