My experience at this hotel was very disappointing.
The facilities are not well maintained. The cabins are visibly worn down, and the rooms are very small, basically just enough space to sleep. My first impression of the bathroom was that the shower did not look clean, which immediately gave us a negative impression.
What really ruined our stay, however, was the attitude of the staff, especially in the restaurant. From the very first day, we felt as though serving us was a favor they were doing for us. At breakfast, which was included, the food was placed on our table carelessly, with no friendliness or attention to detail. The waitresses didn’t even greet us or say good morning. Their lack of courtesy and customer service was very noticeable.
The breakfast itself was also very poor. On the first morning, we were served pancakes that were of very low quality. After that experience, we chose not to have breakfast there again, even though it was included with our stay.
I definitely would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Las instalaciones no tienen el mejor mantenimiento. Las cabañas se ven bastante deterioradas y el espacio es muy reducido, prácticamente solo para dormir. Mi primera impresión al entrar al baño fue que la ducha no se veía limpia, lo que no generó una buena sensación desde el inicio.
Sin embargo, lo que realmente arruinó nuestra estadía fue la atención del personal, especialmente en el restaurante. Desde el primer día sentimos que atendernos era un favor que nos estaban haciendo. En el desayuno, que estaba incluido, nos dejaban los platos sobre la mesa de manera descuidada, sin amabilidad y sin siquiera saludar o dar los buenos días. La falta de cortesía y de servicio al cliente fue muy evidente.
El desayuno también fue muy deficiente.

We like the laid back tropical vibe. Our unit had a stove and even an oven. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. I liked the animals on the property, two turtles ponds a bunny, two parrots, a cat and a dog and cute island agouti’s chasing each other around the property. We had massages at their spa and I got a mani pedi. The services were excellent. Most of all, the staff was very attentive to our needs and they all worked together to make our stay enjoyable. And hats off to the chef who made our delicious breakfasts every day. We were only booked here for 4 nights but stayed for 8 nights. It is also very easy and convenient walk to the beach!

Great location a few minutes walk to the beach and with a convenience store and coffee shop right across the street. Lush and nice garden. They provided convienent airport pick-up and drop-off (25 USD one way). They provided complimentary laundry service (I believe for guests that stayed 5+ days), which was very much appreciated! Pleasant staff.
The wifi didn't really work the first days, but they seemed to fix it and it worked the remainder of the stay. It would be nice with a lamp at the bed, so that you didn't have to get out of bed to turn on the light.

The room was big, with a fully equipped kitchen including microwawe, electric cooking stuff, coffee machine and microwave
It was very clean and quiet. The setting of the hotel in a kind-of tropical garden looks great. Several pets such as cat, dog, parrots and "unfortunately" a rabbit in a cage + turtles in small pond. Location is also great since not a direct beach side (noisy and crowded) but 5 min walk away. So it's very calm
Several issues ruined my stay here...their WIFI is absoulely lousy and not working well at all. This was a MUST for me to have good reliable WIFI and they even confirmed by e-mail they have reliable one...this was NOT TRUE and during all my stay I lost much time trying to connect to my professional mails and other stuff. It was actually the WORST WIFI I had during my Central America trip (25 days). I have reported this to the reception, and they said they would "restart" everything, but nothing improved. The pool is much smaller than expected with very cold water. The breakfast is limited to 2 options every day, which is not enough to my opinion. They should go for "à la carte" menu. I was supposed to have my fridge filled up with soft drinks (USD 2) but it was not despite 1 reminder, had to buy myself drinks from outside.
Last but not least Uber being not present in Roatan they overcharge you 25 USD each way from airport to hotel. It's offered when you stay 5 days or longer.
