首先房間極度陳舊過時且一進入房間就會聞到廉價的公廁除臭劑的濃郁味道，再則房間熱水爐竟然是2008年的超舊設備 我怎麼都無法想像他是怎麼敢標示是五星級飯店的？爛到極致了⋯⋯甚至在房間從陽台往門口走時會有明顯的爬坡感 誇張到極點

抵達飯店後發現Booking定價極不合理！飯店設施老舊幾乎是堪用而已， 感到有被矇非常不舒服！我付了5450/晚，福泰屬於一般民宿飯店，booking對這種等級飯店這樣收費極不合理！這間飯店如果合理假日費用頂多3000/晚！ 很想告到消基會！
