Péssimo atendimento. Meu quarto não tinha o controle do ar. Estava muito quente. Assim que notei, antes de sair para o almoço, pedi o controle. Ninguém falava inglês. Usei o Google translator, ninguém se esforçava para ajudar e resolver uma falha do hotel
