2／16除夕夜入住，進來便看見兩位正在用餐的櫃檯小姐趕緊來熱情招呼服務我們😊雖說隔音效果不太行，但也不影響當天的住宿感受。

2／17大年初一，8:30至一樓取餐時，櫃檯人員正忙於分配各房餐點，於是請我們等一會兒。
之後告知可以領餐時，我提出咖啡機有提供給房客嗎？他便說：要回房內拿咖啡杯！
當下突然有種……
你的時間才是時間，我們等候您分配餐點的時間，不能先告知若有需現沖咖啡，請自行拿房間咖啡杯來裝嗎？

隔天，一群香港人取早餐時，又因分配餐點忙不過來時，竟讓他們自由拿紙杯倒咖啡……
坦白說
這位先生您的服務一切都很好，但差別待遇應該不是他們要退房才可用紙杯吧？😒
