This is the second time I’ve stayed here and thankfully was put on the second floor in a quiet area (my first stay was first floor and disasters! Generally the room is fine but absolutely basic…nothing to get over excited about! Staff are lovely!

Location of this hotel is good as it is close to the highway. The room was clean.
This hotel needs attention and an update. The mattresses especially need replacement as they are completely worn out. Please add a microwave and a fridge with at least a tiny freezer for us travelers to get their freezer packs re-frozen for the next day of road travel.

Property was close to the Trans Canada highway. Staff were friendly and willing to store our ice packs in their restaurant’s freezer.
A complimentary breakfast would have been appreciated plus having a small fridge in the room.

Not clean, so so old, not privacy at rooms because of the location of buildings and the curtains were so old amd not sliding around , carpet was so dirty and I even didn’t want to look at it
Location is perfect. Staff was extremely pleasant and friendly We ate in the restaurant and absolutely enjoyed it. Pizza was excellent.
Location and price, nice room
Restaurant beside hotel -not part of it. No breakfast included. They give you a percent off though if you order breakfast for staying at hotel
Great value and location on the edge of the city
Breakfast was good and tasty. Staff were friendly, but short staffed. The supervisor was doing a very good job of training a new employee, but could have used the help of another server.
The house keeping crew were very helpful and friendly.
The room was stuffed with old, broken furniture that made it very uncomfortable to move aroound. The huge dresser (broken drawers) was basically useless to store clothing and the huge bedframe, placed on an angle wasted to much floor space. New furniture and more than one chair would do wonders.
Other than the dining room supervisor who also worked as front desk staff, the reception personnel were indifferent to guests, rarely lifting their heads to even acknowledge us.
