Stay was fine, but trouble communicating with representative reduced enjoyment.
Cons:

Difficulty in communication on phone with booking.com phone representative meant a third room was booked while trying to cancel un-needed room. extra costs incurred on credit card.

Great place to stay for a great price!
Pros:

We like that this is a clean comfortable basic hotel at a very reasonable price! Staff were pleasant and helpful. One staff member can to our room to help with sorting out the two remotes for the TV, that we could get to work. It is wonderful to find the gem of a hotel if you are looking for a clean, quiet comfortable hotel!

Affordable and clean keeps me booking future dates, availability excellent.
Pros:

Quiet, safe, clean, affordable, friendly staff, shopping, stores and night entertainment all close to hotel. Love the small pub and updated VLT’s, restaurant serves great food day and night.

Cons:

Rooms dated and showers need upgrades.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The location was perfect for our plans. It was a quiet location considering it was just off of a busy street. It was also handy that there was shopping across the street. The "Classic Burger" from the restaurant was excellent - great tasting!

Cons:

I would have appreciated a microwave in the room.

Pros:

Excellent value for the money! Clean, spacious room. Lovely touches (lamps, bathroom light fixture and door handles, large TV, etc.). Two nice restaurants on the premises. Discount coupon for one of the restaurants provided.
