a disappointing experience, and I would not stay there again.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel and would not recommend it.
Prior to arrival, I specifically requested a quiet room. Unfortunately, we were placed in a room directly next to exterior vents or fans that ran nonstop beside the window. The constant noise made it impossible to sleep—even with earplugs. As a result, I had two very poor‑quality nights.
We asked to switch rooms, but the staff informed us that no other rooms were available.
The hotel itself is older, which I understand; however, cleanliness could have been much better. The room and overall condition did not meet reasonable expectations.
Additionally, the staff refused to print an invoice, stating that I needed to obtain the detailed invoice through Booking.com. This was surprising and inconvenient, and the first time I have encountered this issue.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.

Facility was adequate at best. Nice staff.....very polite and helpful.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast. Grabbed coffee on the way out of town.

Cons:

Facility was 'old'. Definitely needs updating. Plain Jane room. Chair beside table is falling apart, did not want to sit in. The arm on the office chair was falling off.

Was a quick stay as we had to be at the airport for 6 am. Enjoyable while we were there.

Cons:

Very noisy guests all night long (crying children, guests banging on walls, stomping their feet on the ground, and yelling and screaming, etc.).

Will visit again!
Pros:

Great location just within the city limits with a VLT lounge, restaurant and bar attached. It is a slightly older hotel, but excellent value.

Cons:

Breakfast at the restaurant was average at best.
