Good value for money, basic hotel room.
Pros:

Good value for money. The room, and particularly its shower room, are quite large. The hotel is near a metro station, in a pleasant micro-district. If I was travelling by myself, on a budget and needed to be in that area, I would be happy to stay at the Hotel Arko again.

Cons:

The twin beds are basic. The TV is very small. There is no air conditioning, and I had to choose between a stiflingly hot room with the window closed or some traffic noise from the major road 20m away. The shower was powerful and had plenty of hot water, but the wall bracket for the showerhead is badly positioned and fires the jet of water high up at the shower door rather than at the occupant.
