Pros:

Staff were great and very helpful and accommodating. Be realistic when you stay at the lower priced hotels you shouldn't expect perfection. The hotel looks like it's got a great deal of potential.

Cons:

The stale smell of smokers always in the air. Most of the bedding had cigarette burn holes. I had a long stay, so it was a great value to buy my own bedding to make it more comfortable. And cleaning supplies to clean the floors.
