The apartments are within a throw’s distance from the main square a fantastic location! They were clean and well presented.

Cons:

We had a leak in the apartment during a heavy rainstorm, however, this isn’t a dislike as such, it’s the only negative I could make from the stay as the whole place is well presented, clean and the staff are lovely, we were offered free breakfast for the remainder of our stay and a partial refund!

Apart of problem with the shower I had a nice and comfortable stay.

Cons:

Bathroom. I have a little mobility problem and the big bathtub was not easy to get in. Simply shower would be more convenient for me.
The big square shower at the ceiling was broken and I accidentally flooded the bathroom on two occassions. I had to use towels to collect water from the floor. Reported it to housekeeper and she gave me some more towels, just in case.

A lovely apartment in a great location.
Pros:

We had two rooms here - one apartment for four and a double room. Both rooms were excellent, comfortable and well equipped. The location was excellent - we walked everywhere. And you get a 10% discount at Ribs on Fire...thoroughly recommended!

Pobyt był cudowny Kraków to piękne Miasto i na pewno wrócę w to miejsce a zwłaszcza noclegowe:)
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu była znakomita wszędzie blisko na Rynek Główny, Wawel, park, galeria handlowa, parking. Bardzo dobry dojazd bez żadnych utrudnień. Jestem bardzo zadowolona.

Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Nähe zur Innenstadt und dem Marktplatz. Für 3 Personen eine angenehme Größe. Wir hatten einen Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz reserviert. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles belegt. Wir haben dann auf Kosten des Hotels einen bewachten Parkplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite bekommen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach. Nur Brot, keine Brötchen. Es hat was von Jugendherberge.
Die Handtücher waren sehr dünn.

Goede locatie
Pros:

De locatie was heel goed. Op loopafstand van alles. Appartement is leuk ingericht en ruim genoeg voor een gezin van 4. Parkeren is onder het hotel. De afstandsbediening van de parkeergarage krijg je bij het inchecken.

Cons:

Teveel licht in de kamer doordat er geen goede verduistering was van de rolgordijnen. De kleine sierkussentjes op de bedden kunnen wel weg, die roken erg muf. Lawaai van de straat bij de appartementen aan de weg. Het ontbijt was okee maar heel eenvoudig.

Splendida sorpresa
Pros:

La poltrona massaggiante per rilassarsi dopo le lunghe camminate e i confort che si potevano usare nella stanza. Una bottiglia di vino offerto dall'hotel.

Cons:

L'aria condizionata era rumorosa e alcune luci della stanza non si accendevano. Il bagno per questo era un po' buio. La colazione offriva una scelta limitata e uguale giorno per giorno senza nessuna minima variante. Poche le bevande
