Nice hotel for short stay

В целом отель неплохой. Слегка напрягло практически полное отсутствие уборки в номере. Вынесли мусор из корзины......на этом вся уборка закончилась. Новые бутылочки с водой появились лишь один раз, хотя должны ежедневно. Поставьте кулер с водой на этаже, будет меньше проблем, ходить за кипятком в ресторан очень неудобно.

Номера понравились, чисто, опрятно. Вежливый персонал. Широкий ассортимент шведского стола на завтрак. Рекомендуем!

Right by airport, 5 min driving- excellent for overnight business stay

If you are attending a conference or exhibition in the Expo Centre, or if you need to be nearer to the airport (about 5 KM), then this is a regular standard boring hotel with usual normal facilities. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting or exceptional. Nobody speaks English there - even the receptionist manages it with great difficulty. And in the reasonably OK restaurant the lack of English speaking ability is very frustrating. The city is about 17 Km away. So now you know, why you would need to stay in this congress-centre-connected hotel. And yes, expect strong stink of smoking in the bathrooms, even though smoking is totally banned indoors.

Very clean and nice. Close to the airport. Recommended.

深夜着からの翌日便への乗り継ぎのために利用。空港から近く、10分程で空港へ移動出来る。朝食もバイキング形式で、種類が多く美味しかった。

I had a long layover in Novosibirsk. This was the perfect hotel for me to rest and get ready for my next flight

-VERY close to the airport and on the main road so easy to find
-there is nothing near it so will have to take a taxi to go to any shops

Staff
-only 1 spoke English
-Registration: as a foreigner, I am suppose to be registered. The hotel registered me but never gave me papers for it so I had to register again at another hotel later (very inconvenient)
-overall, they were very helpful. The only English speaker walked around with me to show me the facilities
-dependable (I needed a taxi at 2am and they delivered)

Food
-has selection of latte, cappuccinos, etc. Good coffee
-the breakfast is enough and good

It has an ATM which i desperately needed

-fast and good

TV
-as expected, everything was in Russian (no English channels that I could see) but it wasn't a big deal for me (it's Novosibirsk.....you can't expect a lot of English when there :)

I stayed here while transiting to another location.

Location: perfect for layovers (stop-overs)! It's only 1.7 km (1 mile) from the airport) and it's on the main road so it's easy to find for drivers. However, there is nothing near it so you will have to take a taxi to get anywhere.

Staff: friendly but hardly anyone spoke English so take your google translate.

Breakfast: it's worth getting it....very good and enough food. Good coffee

The landscape surrounding this hotel (between Novosibirsk and Tolmatchev Airport) could easily make you quite depressed, but if you're attending a conference or visiting an exhibition at the Novosibirsk Expo Center, you couldn't find a better-placed hotel. Yes, it's location, location, location again.... Hey, it even has a link with that venue from the second floor. If you insist on disregarding my advice and stay in town, you will be stuck in the perennial traffic jam (in both directions) and lose precious time - at least half an hour. The taxi cost won't kill you (finding a decent taxi will) at 300 R to the centre. You could also try bus 111 which stops across the four lane motorway.
This is a typical three-star property: decor is stark and simple, rooms are quite basic with empty little fridges (which can be filled if you pay a deposit), toiletries in the bathroom are cheap plastic sachets, there is no English-language TV-channel and there is a small pool, but you must be willing to pay a few rubles extra. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. The bar is dismal and the breakfast is very simple.The bar doubles as breakfast room in the morning. My room was on the 7th floor. Well way from any noise. And do you know what I'll do for the next event at the Expo? Book here! Don't torture yourself by trying to find a taxi downtown and sitting in the ubiquitous jams for at least half an hour.

Все очень хорошо. Хороший средний отель. Вежливый персонал. Вот оно! - соотношение цена-качество :-)

В целом очень хороший отель, но расположен далеко от центра города (возле Экспо Центра) при практически полном отсутствии маршрутного транспорта. Очень удачно расположен при поездках для участия в выставках на территории Экспо-центра.

Выбрал этот отель по причине того, что он новый и , соответственно, должен быть чистым и не загаженным, как это обычно бывает в провинции. Так и оказалось. Завтрак обыкновенный. Без изысков, но всё равно не вкусный. Съедобной была только каша. Это понятно и объяснимо. За пол года в России вообще не осталось еды. Все, что можно купить по цене не выше космоса - сплошная пластмасса. Но что больше всего расстроило в отеле, так это то, что на стойке регистрации мне отказались сделать документы строгой отчетности о проживании для того, что бы я смог прикрепить к авансовому отчету, т.к. я был в командировке. Девочка на стойке регистрации долго с кем то разговаривала по телефону и потом сказала мне тоном поварихи совдЭповской столовой: "Мне начальник сказал вам передать, что кому вы платили деньги, с того и требуйте документы"!!! Т.к. я торопился на самолет то мне пришлось проглотить это хамство, но для себя сделал вывод, что в этом отеле не поселюсь больше никогда и друзьям и коллегам его рекомендовать однозначно не буду. Очередной раз убеждаюсь, что в России нормальный сервис можно получить только в сетевых отелях иностранных компаний, а в местечковых отелях, даже в тех, которые совсем новые, как был провинциальный совок, так и остался

Проживала сутки с 11 февраля, номер уютный, теплый, единственный минус нет халатов и зубных принадлежностей, в ресторане готовят вкусно и быстро.
