Its nice to Stay in this Hotel. but Expensive during Basant.
Pros:

Decoration during the Basandt Festival was Excellent. Every thing was available for Breakfast. Staff provide all we Ask for. n
Room given was Upgrade Reception did the check in very quick and Friendly.

Cons:

Pool Was closed, Coming to check in was long walk. High charges during Basant was extremyl expensive.

Poor room service, requested for a water bottle to the room 3 times and it didn’t arrive. The property is also outdated and requires maintenance repairs.

Way below expectation for the price hotel charged.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, have had better at similar level of hotels. Location is the only thing that this hotel is good for.

Everything. Dated furniture, decor, facilities.
Rusted taps, dirty mattresses and sofas in room. No amenities hair dryer, iron, iron stand, bath robes, room for two had 1 glass and 1 tea cup. Extremely disappointing experience. Daily cleaning was sub par. No vacuuming done, bathroom was not cleaned properly or rather only wiped. Beds were not made, sheets were not changed, no extra towels, old towels,.
We had to ask to provide bath mat or rather beg for it.
Extremely rude hospitality supervisor on 3rd floor. These people do not know what hospitality is or know how to maintain hotel properties. All they want is tips for every little thing. Had to use a women’s washroom in lobby, pathetic cleanliness. Had to flush the toilet and clean toilet seat. Never seen this level of carelessness at any hotel of this level all
Over the world. Concierge service was the only service who were efficient.
