Never again shall I make this mistake !
Pros:

Nothing much - the food outlets were nice . That’s about it .

Cons:

Everything - from the start to the end it was absolute distasteful - hair found in the shower - broken sliding doors - missing amenities - key cards won’t work - staff were the only consolation - overall I would rather sleep in a ditch than stay there again .

Rooms, carpets were dirty and smelly. Mattress was not fit on bed. specially those carpets all over need to change.

Great concierge service
Pros:

The hotel is super grand and the lobby is amazing! The staff are really attentive and friendly

Cons:

The rooms are highly dated, and more on the older side. We had to switch rooms due to cleanliness, which the staff were happy to do right away

Would recommend and if they revamp the hotel and update it to 2026 standards it would be the best hotel in Pakistan!
Pros:

Very nice but outdated - I like the vibe of the old school vibe but they should do a revamp esp considering they are such a popular and high brand in lahore. Staff in every sector were very helpful and friendly and accommodating .

Cons:

Old and dusty - hair dryer for example looked like from the 70s and bath tub was stained (the cleaning team were great)

Pros:

Posizione e una buona parte del personale si impegna per sopperire alle innumerevoli mancanze.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza superior, con foto della stanza presenti su booking che mostrano camere nuove, bagno nuovi. Siamo arrivati e ci assegnano una camera (in upgrade falso) vecchissima, deluxe, tralaltro doppia e non adatta per ospitare 3 persone. La terza persona viene detta accomodare in terra con un materassino, in un 5 stelle???
Scendiamo in reception e ci dicono che quella camera praticamente non esiste perché le superior non sono rinnovate, e quindi non si sa quale parte dell’albergo è rinnovata e quale no. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa e 7 notti in altre sue stanze. Solo là Business Suite era rinnovata ma anche quella categoria non sono tutte rinnovate.

Tralasciando la falsa pubblicità fatta online, camere vecchie, sporchissime, la moquette è piena di polvere e batuffoli di polvere, mobiletti distrutti. Macchie ovunque. Bagno sporchissimo con vasca ricca di chiazze. Condizioni igieniche pessime.

In reception ti ridono in faccia quando c’è un problema: l’abbiamo segnalato e nulla è stato rislto

Struttura anche all’esterno fatiscente, per non parlare della piscina, per 3/4 del mio soggiorno era sporchissima non si vedeva il fondo. In europa una cosa così porterebbe alla chiusura definitiva dell’albergo.

Nessuno che si sia mai scusato, soggiorno veramente pessimo, sconsiglio a ogni persona europea e non di soggiornare qui.
