No flower arrangement no frangnance no nice smell …. Staff needs to be more hygienic and should be more presentable and wear nice clean clothes and smell good …. Specially house keeping

A horrible and unpleasant experience to stay at overrated place.
Pros:

The room was okay, but it was not clean, and the water blockage was an experience. My room key was deactivated on multiple days without notice or consent, and I had to rush to obtain information and reactivate it. Lots of VIP movement, and I had to wait for them on multiple occasions (at least 5 times).

Cons:

My room was changed, and when I came after work (very tired), I had to shift all my luggage, a pure headache. I was told to wait for very important people to leave the place, and I had to wait for them at multiple places in the hotel at least 5 times.
Blocked lifts/passages for VIP persons, and clearly non-cooperative security lawyers. The hotel staff was trying to cooperate, but it was a horrible experience.

Sad to see such an institutional hotel in such disrepair. Bookings made via bcom, the payment is processed at the desk for which they charged me an inflated rate compared to my booking.com price.
