The overall ambiance of the hotel

Cons:

We reserved deluxe king room from booking.com but we got standard king room at the same price at which the booking was done. The standard room was not as good as the deluxe king room that i booked online.

There was a slight delay in setting up the room. The reception staff was good and helpful. They asked us to wait in executive waiting area.
The room was nice. The instructions regarding gym and table tennis area were not clear.
