Very disappointing experience
Pros:

Our stay was extremely frustrating due to multiple issues with the rooms. In the first room, the safe was not working, so we requested a room change. The second room we were given was not properly cleaned, and again the safe was not functioning.

When we were moved to a third room, the condition was still not acceptable. The bathroom lock was faulty, and at one point I actually got locked inside the bathroom because the lock was not working properly.

I reported these issues to the staff, but unfortunately they did not seem concerned and made no real effort to resolve the situation. Instead, they wasted a lot of my time moving between rooms and dealing with problems that should have been addressed beforehand.

Because of all this, I ended up missing a very important meeting, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, the lack of maintenance and poor response from staff made the stay very unpleasant.

Cons:

Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately below expectations. Check‑in took far longer than it should have, especially considering there were only two guests ahead of us. When we finally reached the desk, we were told our room wasn’t ready but that we had been “upgraded.” However, the room we received was prepared for only one person, which immediately contradicted the idea of an upgrade.

We informed hotel services about the missing items, and although they acknowledged the issue, no one followed up or resolved it. By around 10pm, before going to sleep, I ended up walking to housekeeping myself to request towels and toiletries. The staff there were helpful, but this is something that should have been handled without us having to chase it.

Overall, the lack of communication and attention to detail made the stay less comfortable than expected. With better coordination and more responsive service, the experience could have been much improved.
