I like the guy he is name was Naeem really helpful understand our complaints.

Cons:

I don't like it at all this time room carpet was quite dirty stains everywhere on the carpet and there was smell in the room no kettle,fridge was empty no hair dryer in the bathroom only 1 towel. This time I feel it was waste of money. I used to love it whenever I go i went to pc but this time very bad experience

Huge, aging hotel with tired features and unhelpful reception staff.
Pros:

Large room and the hotel felt safe.

Cons:

When I arrived I was told the hotel’s system doesn’t work with booking.com and they had no record of my booking. They eventually admitted this wasn’t the case, but would not use the card that I had reserved the room with to take payment. I spent much of the rest of my stay trying to arrange payment.

Additionally, I was initially given the key to a room that was already occupied. Luckily the porter noticed this before we got to the room. Once I got a room, there was one light that would not turn off, a fridge that make loud noises all night and the key cards to enter the room failed to work on almost every occasion I that I used them.

All in all, a stressful stay from start to finish.
