Completely underwhelmed1
Pros:

The Breakfast was not included, but the one time I did have, it had a decent variety. The location felt safe, slightly over done with stopping every car, and going through security to enter.

Cons:

Substandard offerings at overrated prices. Half of the menu items were not available. The toilet was so dirty that even after calling the cleaners back, they were unable to clean it. General cleanliness does not exist among the pomp and ceremony of projected opulence it profess.

Pros:

I did not expect the level of service and hospitality to be so exceptional. My stay at PC Lahore was truly an amazing experience, especially considering the grandeur and scale of the property.
From the warm welcome at the entrance to the seamless check-in process, the comfort of the room, the excellent breakfast, and the lavish décor throughout the hotel — every aspect exceeded my expectations.
I was travelling with my family, and it made me proud to show them that Pakistan also offers such class, elegance, and world-class hospitality.
A special thanks to Romenza, Sang, and Nagma for their outstanding hospitality and for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

Cons:

Everything was amazing, from the entrance, the shuttle lifts, food, and hospitality.
I was truly taken by the warm welcome of all the staff.

Fantastic place to stay when visiting Lahore and the surrounding areas
Pros:

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The service is fantastic - staff are attentive and accommodating and friendly. The restaurants are all very good. It’s a lovely place to stay.
