Dear Management,
PC Hotel has always been my first choice whenever I visit Pakistan because of its excellent hospitality. However, during my recent one-week stay, I was disappointed by the lack of the warm welcome and farewell that I have always experienced in the past.
No one received me on arrival or saw me off at departure. During my stay, I went in and out of the hotel several times for shopping, but none of the gate staff offered help with my luggage or shopping bags.
These small gestures of welcoming guests with a smile and offering assistance reflect our culture and are part of what made PC Hotel special. I hope you will look into this and maintain the high standard of hospitality that guests have always appreciated.

The property was beautiful and it has alot of facility.
The property is managed horrible the whole experience was bad. checked in at 10pm they couldn’t find the booking on booking.com I don’t know if there system is slow. Waiting an hour for the room. Checked into the first room at 11pm Netflix was working was told they won’t work at the hotel anyways we moved rooms Netflix was working but ac wasn’t working the guy came out to fix it at 12:30pm, it didn’t kool the room at all. At 2pm I asked for a floor fan. And 3pm we was fustrated as they relised an hour later they have no floor fan and we needed to move again soo we packed again for the second time and moved rooms again. We put that’s behind us. The next morning bearing in mind we went to sleep after 4 the cleaners keep knocking the door from 10am. Anyways at 11:20 we asked the cleaner for some fruit and some water as we had non of this in our room. At 12 I called downstairs three times I called downstairs as my husband is diabetic. And needed something to eat. At 1:30 we went downstairs, with no fruit been delivered. I complained to the lady manager working until 5pm on the 7th of July she took notes and said will get back to us. On our return at 8, no message was left and the staff didn’t know anything, they couldn’t figure out who the manager was. Anyways he complained again. To riasat and said all we needed was acknowledgment and an apology. Anyways he did get send the fruit we originally asked for at 11am at 11pm. The staff doesn’t communicate with each other or are sympathetic at all.
I would not stay here again.
It was heavy rain in Lahore when I arrived. I was in a fix how to get out and I saw PC hotel office at the airport. I went there and met Mr Aon Abbas who is the Assistant Protocol Officer at the airport desk of PC hotel. I ask him to arrange a drop to the hotel though he had no advise from the hotel for my pick up but he help arrange my drop off I was thoroughly impressed with the way he managed everything for me. This attitude is a true testament of hospitality of PC hotel staff and the organization culture a whole lot more.
