Pros:

The hotel staff is courteous, the location is great, facilities are great.

Cons:

The room equipment is old and worn out and ancient, the television remote was not working and the switches were not functional, air conditioning was also not very good... Not 5 star standard in my opinion.... An upgrade is required.

What can I say ? Pearl continental is a big name , but not match the stay
Pros:

Location was very decent

Cons:

The room was not like how it was in the picture, and because of the online booking the room was at the very end. The view was not good either.
