Sehr freundliches Personal!
Pros:

Wir haben eine Nacht im Familotel das Bellevue verbracht. Was sehr positiv aufgefallen ist, war dass das Personal vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung außergewöhnlich freundlich war. Ansonsten fand ich den Zimmerpreis zu hoch für den Komfort und Ausstattung des Hotels.

Familienhotel mit Pistennähe
Pros:

waren auf Kurztrip in Lermoos zum Skifahren mit zwei älteren Kindern (12+14j) und würden wieder kommen.

Das Hotel ist auf Familien mit kleinen Kindern spezialisiert und got kann es suchmal Laut sein im Speisesaal, also nix für Pärchen, die Ihre Ruhe suchen. Aber waren wir ja nicht, also alles gut. Das Hotel bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten eines 4*-Hotels , eine gute Küche und kurze Wege zur Piste und Talstation. Letzteres ist besonders wichtig, wenn man mit unglücklichen Kindern unterwegs ist, die zwar leidenschaftlich Skifahren, aber ungern die Skier auch mal auf die Schultern nehmen möchten. morgens 50 m zur Talstation laufen geht noch, und nachmittags von hinten direkt an die Skikeller vorfahren ist einfach nur praktisch.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen hervorragenden Service beinahe jeder Wunsch wird dem Gast erfüllt eine sehr liebevolle Kinderbetreuung war es auch unser Zimmer war einfach ausgestattet aber vollkommen zweckmäßig mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Zugspitze alles in allem kommen wir gerne wieder

A hotel for the family
Pros:

We visited the hotel in early July and had a fantastic stay for one night which was in retrospective, a to short stay. The staff were really kind and professional and made our stay even better. The hotel is really child friendly, the staff in the play room took good care of our to daughters, three and six years old, despite som language barriers. A nice SPA with a fantastic view of Zugspitze and the surrounding alps. Since everything was included it was really easy to relax.
