Mieszane uczucia
Pros:

Śniadanie, wygodne łóżka, duży pokój

Cons:

Lokalizacja dość daleko od kopalni soli, pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z tym, że otrzymaliśmy kod do otwarcia drzwi, który nie działał - okazało się, że działa od 15:00 czyli od rozpoczęcia doby hotelowej. Zawsze jak dostawaliśmy kod było to jednoznaczne z tym, że można korzystać już z pokoju. Pani co prawda otworzyła nam drzwi ale niesmak pozostał. Dodatkowo w opisie jest że dostępne są w pokoju serwisy streamingowe - dostępne są bo są zainstalowane w TV ale nieopłacone i trzeba korzystać ze swoich kont jeśli się je posiada.

Staff were super nice! The ladies at reception agreed to serve breakfast earlier than expected in order for me to catch the train to the airport on time. I'll be back to Wieliczka :)

OK na jedną noc
Pros:

Możliwość samodzielnego zameldowania (późny przyjazd). Na plus czystość w pokoju i poranny bufet śniadaniowy z dobrym wyborem.

Cons:

Jedynka dość ciasna, klimatyzator powieszony nad łóżkiem, mało pojemny parking, słabe ciśnienie wody i zasadniczo brak gorącej wody w kranie.

Хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

Номер в был обозначен как улучшенный люкс( АР2).Плохо работает батарея в помещении зимой ощутимо холодно. Пульта от Клима контроля не было в номере, лишь после звонка администрации было всё включено дистанционно ( но при этом он очень шумит ночью). И даже при включенном состоянии пришлось спать частично одетыми. В помещении очень холодный пол. В кухне не работает мойка, перекрыта вода, посудомоечной машиной тоже нельзя было пользоваться.

Śniadanie bardzo dobre
Pokój komfortowy

Cons:

Niestety brak miejsca parkingowego, musieliśmy wieczorem szukać w okolicy.
W pokoju nr 17 był strasznie brzydki zapach z rur w łazience. Zgłosiłam pani w recepcji, ale usłyszałam że już to było zgłaszane. Ten pokój nie powinien być wynajmowany dopóki nie usuną tego zapachu.
