Aparthotel Zitouna

１２月２１日から２４日まで予約完了の連絡があり、１月３日も予約完了連絡あり。両日とも料金も払い込んだ。にもかかわらず両日とも予約が入ってないと。２１日からの分は現金を払い宿泊。
１月３日は予約もなし、部屋も満杯。他のホテルへ泊まらざるを得なかった。
ここのホテルはフロントがなく、まったくアパートの入口で、まったく初めてでは探せない…ホテルという看板も出ていない…
受け付けは１００メートルほど離れた旅行会社の事務所。
他の宿泊者には全くすすめられない宿泊施設。

When I arrived at the place, I realized that the picture posted here is the entrance of the small mall. I walked in and found no sign for the "Aparthotel Zitouna". I had to ask one guy at the bakery to learn that the lady at the grocery store across the hallway was in charge of the hotel. After I showed her my reservation, she told me that she is not doing business with Orbitz anymore and it was not accepted. If so, why is this hotel still listed here?

Difficile à trouver aucune indication .. exiger de payer en euros...pour me dire que chambre pas disponible et me diriger vers un autre hôtel moyen et ne pas vouloir me rembourser afin que je choisisse moi même mon hôtel .... déconseille fortement

At arrival i called the hotel to know were is the hotel were the address given is a small shopping mole and had no hotel.
the person answerd me, told me that i have no reservation ( i confirmed that i hold a confirmation for my stay )he closed the line and did not want to reply to my further call.
i tried to contact orbit but no luck.
i went to other hotel near the address named consul hotel in which they told me that am not the first person that had this problem.
i think you are dealing with frude hotel., and please make me a full refund. this is my first booking with orbitz and had a bad experiance.

We really enjoyed the stay and will use it again for sure. This is not a hotel with a typical reception and lobby but an apartment complex above a small shopping center and check in is at one of the store, that's not many people know. There needs to be a large sign at least outside that particular store so people won't bypass it , also it would be nice if instructions are given with the reservation. The receptionist Moez a wonderful young very energetic and caring person. He takes care of guests as his own guests and pays personal attention. Cleaning staff very good and prompt

Les photos ne correspond pas à ce qui existe , le petit déjeuné dans un café d'un tiers personne , pas beau à voir . Je crois que les commentaires sont manipulés

ce complexe est bien entretenu. La personne à la réception est très serviable. Les personnes qui servent le petit déjeuner sont peu courtois. Le petit déjeuner est très limité ( croissant au chocolat + un café + une petite bouteille d'eau. Le rapport qualité prix est acceptable.

We checked in late at night and he told us to check out at 12
In the morning he knocked our door at 10:45 am and asked us to leave now. We have many luggage and kids he pushed us to leave and we left and stayed outside waiting for taxi
One more thing , he did not trust the Internet booking and reservation and wants me to pay even though I showed him two emails from hotels.com assuring that the payment was done on full
He forced me to show him my master card payment on my master cards statement and he is still no convinced
I really don't recommend this place at all

Appartement propre et confort avec servis de nettoyage, le personnel est gentil et très perméable. Je vous conseille de visiter...

Nothing to tell no breakfast as they saying..

Quiet and very secure district. 20 (max.) minutes from airport and close to avenue Bourghiba and the central Station. Equipped kitchen, high speed (really high!) wi-fi, in shot, everything to live independently.

Personnel sympa service taxi pas fiable bien placé

Ganske bra, rolig sted og fint å bo i. personalet var veldig hyggelig. Leiligheten var koselig.

Tout d'abord, il n'y a pas de réception; les commerces dans la zone commerciale ne connaissait pas tous "le complexe apparthotel Zitouna."et aucun encart, aucune pancarte mentionnant ce nom. Ensuite lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre (4 personnes adultes), les draps n'avaient pas été changés, les serviettes de douche ne sentaient pas bon, le lavabo était bouché, pas de minibar, pas de bouteille d'eau gratuite (ni payante).Les stores des chambres ne se lèvent pas, pas de manivelle et ils ne sont pas électriques. L'appart ne fait pas 120 m2 mais 60. Quant aux équipements ils étaient sommaires. 4 assiettes, 4 verres, 1 casserole, 1 couscoussière et 4 couverts. Voilà pour la cuisine avec une vieille plaque électrique, 1 vieux refrigérateur placé dans la chambre ainsi qu'un micro-ondes. Pas très pratique pour cuisiner!!! Pas de fer à repasser, pas de sèche-cheveux non plus, contrairement au descriptif. Le petit-déjeuner continental consiste à aller dans un bar dans le centre commercial où l'on nous sert un cappuccino avec un pain au chocolat et une bouteille d'eau, on n'a pas le choix, c'est comme ça, c'est le petit-déjeuner continental mentionné dans le descriptif. L'endroit est vraiment trop cher pour ce que c'est, surtout qu'il faut payer en arrivant avant même d'avoir vu les lieux. Grande déception, je ne le recommande vraiment pas!

Déçue, fenêtres toujours condamnées, cuisine manque des ustensiles. Très froid dans l'appart.
Trop cher pour le cadre. La serpillère n'a jamais était passée au sol pendant tout le séjour.
Petit dejeunée trop trop cher ( 30€ la semaine ) pour un café au lait très mousseux et un croissant ou une chocolatine souvent de la veille et réchauffés. Alors qu'il fait 3.50 Dinar avec une petite bouteille d'eau ( 1.70€ ). En tant normal j'aurai payé 11,90€. seulement pour la semaine ça sent l'arnaque.
