Nice hotel in the heart of Cartagena with a big family room, that was great for us.
Pros:

The hotel was very well located in the city, it was clean and an overall nice experience. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

The pictures on booking were quite a bit nicer, than the reality, but it was all more than ok. The pool was not so clean.

Nice hotel
Pros:

It is close to everything, in the middle of everything. Staff is good, always attentive. I would stay here. Cost of beer and water cheap.

The swimming pool is a paddling pool, brekkie is not as good

Geweldig!
Pros:

Het personeel deed alles voor me.Ze ruilden gratis mijn kamer om toen ik een kamer kreeg zonder ramen (ik kan daar niet zo goed tegen).
Ik mocht op de dag van uitchecken zelfs nog in het zwembad en gebruik maken van de douche.
Vriendelijk,lief en netjes.
Alle excursies vertrokken vijf minuten lopen van het hotel en het hotel lag midden in de geweldige,vrolijke straatjes van de stad.

Perfect location and good value.
Pros:

Great location in Getsemani, very convenient to reach shops and restaurants, clean big room and bath, friendly staff, beautiful top roof that is partly covered, but only for shade, not waterproof, which was a shame.

Cons:

A tea kettle in the room would have been nice, always had to go to the cafe to ask for hot water. I would recommend to go somewhere else for coffee and breakfast ( included). It is not that nice.

Great value and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location. Great quality for the price. The staff is attentive and the breakfast was tasty and generous. I would return to this hotel.

Cons:

The pool is jacuzzi size, but it is clean and on the roof top with a view.

Pros:

Hotel con muy buena ubicación, zona muy pintorezca y alegre, a pesar de ello no se siente ruido en la habitación, el personal muy amable especialmente los que sirven el desayuno, el desayuno, aunque fue poco, estaba rico.

La piscina es pequeña sin embargo queda en una terraza muy linda donde se puede sentar y pasarla rico, realmente nos gustó mucho.

Las almohadas y el colchon pueden ser mejor
