Personale meraviglioso
Pros:

Il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo. Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto un problema con il letto poiché aveva la gamba rotta e hanno subito provveduto a sistemarlo. Inoltre, dopo due giorni la chiave della camera si era smagnetizzata perché l’avevamo tenuta per comodità dietro al telefono e ce l’hanno cambiata subito. Il mattino del primo giorno siamo arrivati presto ma il check in era dalle 15:00, perciò ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valige da loro fino a quell’ora per poter girare nel frattempo la città. Anche l’ultimo giorno, dopo il check in delle 11:00 abbiamo lasciato le valige da loro fino a sera. I tre ragazzi che abbiamo trovato alla reception sono sempre stati gentilissimi.

Gibt bestimmt gepflegtere Hotels
Pros:

Nichts.Mit der Sauberkeit haben die das dort nicht so.
Was uns gefallen hat war die Lage.Die Stadt war gut mit dem Bus und der Straßenbahn erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit.Überall Staub und der Teppich wurde auch schon lange nicht gesaugt.Bei dem Reinigungspersonal hat man auch keinen Staubsauger gesehen.Im Badezimmer wurden nur die Handtücher gewechselt aber nicht geputzt.Man konnte kein Fenster richtig aufmachen.Das Duschwasser lief nicht ab,der Ablauf war wohl verstopft.Das Frühstück war grenzwertig .Bei dem Preis nicht akzeptabel.Das Rührei war zu flüssig,Käse und Aufschnitt frisch aus der Verpackung.

Estaba tot net, els llits eren molt comodes i la cafetera i nevera ens han anat molt bé. A més el personal era molt simpátic. Ben comunicat a nivell de transport amb el centre de la ciutat.

We spent a lot of time and energy dealing with problems we did not expect to have.
Pros:

The staff was quite friendly, and the breakfast was modest but of decent quality.

Cons:

When we arrived, we were given a room where there was dust on the surfaces, big blue spot on the carpet and a persistent unpleasant smell. The locker did not work. The staff were unable to fix it, and we were offered a room change for the next day.
We agreed and moved to another room the following day, but unfortunately the same problem occurred there as well. The locker did not work, and the phone was also out of order. The safe was eventually fixed, but the phone was not.
The room price was very high, which was probably due to the long weekend in Amsterdam. Still, given the actual level of comfort and maintenance, the experience felt quite disappointing and uncomfortable.
