Pros:

Nice quiet area,bus into Amsterdam came every few minutes and stopped 1 min from the hotel.

Cons:

No place to get a coffee/tea around the area until 5.30 pm. Hotel didn't have a cafe area

Pulizie e quando siamo arrivati il cestino del bagno era pieno del vecchio ospite la struttura è molto cupa bagno senza finestra e senza ventola di aspirazione molto piccolo come ambiente

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Bosbaan und Amsterdam City konnte man sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichen.
Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren schon etwas eng. Die Matratzen waren weich. Das gesamte Haus war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu dunkel gehalten.

Nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. Ideal location for Wagner stadium. Nice Italian across the road called Santa Maria.

States that it is a hotel but it isn’t. The only amenities it has is a breakfast room. No proper lounge or bar.
