Cons:

Hotell say they hava a good resturant. It turns out that the so called resturant only serve breakfast till 10 AM and after that only drinks. We arrived at 2 PM very hungry, that made me realy angry. Feels like i have been lied to. No staff at the reception. A IT guy that happend to be working there had to call an old man who only spoke serbian He seemed to have no idea that we where coming. The hotel claim they speak english and russian - what a joke!. This is a 4 star hotel. I degrade it to 1

Sevecek birşey bulamadık açıkçası.

Cons:

Tesis çok pisti. İçerde tozlar uçuşuyor böcekler her tarafı sarmisti. Oda değişimi talep ettik ama Odamizdan biz disaridayken içindeki eşyaları alıp bizi başka odaya transfer etmişlerdi gece geldigimizde içerde başkaları vardı. Bu otel Booking de nasıl yer alabiliyor sizin adınıza çok üzgünüm. Booking e güvenim sarsıldı gerçekten. Hiç kimseye Bali otelini tavsiye etmiyorum.

Mnogo je ulozeno u opremanje objekta

Osoblje hotela je jako ne zainteresovano za goste. Sobu koju smo rezervisali su ustupili drugima i nama dali smjestaj koji nije bio pripremljen,ni obezbijedjen osnovnim potrebama za smjestaj.Parking koji smo nagovjestili da nam je potreban - nijesmo imali. Tv i internet nije radio a recepcionera ne moges naci. Zao mi je vlasnike koji su mnogo ulagali u objekat ali moraju naci adekvatno osoblje koje ce pristupiti ozbiljnije svemu.
