Pros:

Am revenit cu placere la acest hotel si consider ca este unul de top.
Conditiile si serviciile foarte bune.
Amplasarea hotelului este excelenta chiar langa telecabina si partiile de ski..
M.D. variat si fresh.
Camera confortabila, spatioasa si curata.
Parcare privata si gratuita pentru clientii hotelului.
Personal amabil si atent la detalii.
Alte servicii conexe de buna calitate.

Cons:

Am intampinat mici probleme cu presiunea insuficienta la apa/dus.
In grupul sanitar persista de la intrare un miros de canalizare. Trebuia aerisita camera frecvent chiar cu ventilatorul pornit. Am sesizat echipa de curatenie dar fara nicio interventie cat am avut sejurul (probabil fiind si in weekend). La check-out am comunicat la receptie asupra acestui aspect si sper sa se fi rezolvat ulterior si posibil sa fi fost un caz izolat.
Am mai stat la acest hotel in anii precedenti si nu am avut aceste probleme. Posibil sa fie ceva rezolvabil si ocazional.
In rest numai de bine!

I do like that they have kids activities

Cons:

One disappointing aspect of this hotel was the restaurant food, which was full of additives. I chose not to eat there. They could at least have provided a simple soup for children without unnecessary additives.

Pros:

Superb location just 5 mins from the Telecabine. Wonderful spa/pool area and amazing breakfast selection - staff absolutely wonderful!
