Mosquito in room and washroom 🦟
Main door lock was non functional and they didn't repair it in whole stay
No warm Tap water in one of the room

Un lugar muy bello
Pros:

El hotel es hermoso, elegante y de estilo campestre colonial. La zona de piscina y restaurante es espectacular, está muy limpio y la comida es deliciosa con 4 opciones diferentes de desayuno. La habitación es muy bonita, amplia, con mesa y hamacas, la joya de la corona es el baño con ducha abierta, la sensación es espectacular. El lugar queda muy cerca a todo en barichara, es seguro y el personal es muy amable. Da gusto llegar a descansar. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Cons:

Estaba limpio pero falta aseo profundo en la habitacion, sobretodo debajo de las camas, ya que por el clima puede convertirse en el hogar de insectos o cucarachas. Además el colchón de la cama estaba un poco viejo, se notaba en las esquinas que ya no tenía resortes, lo cual puede afectar el descanso.

Der Transport vom Hotel zum Busbahnhof in San Gil hat gut funktioniert.
Es ist gut, dass man kostenlos seine Wasserflasche mit Trinkwasser nachfüllen kann, allerdings darf man das nicht selbst tun, sondern muss immer an der Rezeption fragen, das ist etwas unangenehm.

Cons:

Die Anlage wirkt etwas ungepflegt. Es laufen viele Katzen herum. Das stinkende Katzenfutter liegt in der Nähe des Frühstücksbereichs. Man wollte mir erstmal ein angeblich besseres Zimmer andrehen, was aber viel schlechter war: Klein, ohne Ventilatoren und voller Mücken. Das schlimmste war, das offene Bad! Kein Dach und mit niedriger Mauer, da kann man reingucken. Nach Protest habe ich dann das Zimmer bekommen, was ich gebucht hatte mit geschlossenem Bad. Bei der Buchung bat ich um einen Flughafentransfer vom Flughafen San Gil. Angeblich bietet dieses Hotel das an, für mich war das ein Grund dieses Hotel zu buchen. Ich habe auch zusätzlich eine WhatsApp geschrieben und nie eine Antwort erhalten! Ich musste daher den Transport zum Hotel selbst organisieren.

Bon emplacement au centre historique et dans un beau jardin

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception semble totalement désintéressé, aucun sens de l'accueil, ont eu des difficultés à retrouver notre réservation et tente de nous facturer ay check-in une réservation pour 500.000cop plus chère. Les serviettes de bain n'étaient jamais changées, et le nettoyage des chambres très moyen. Tout l'établissement a besoin d'une rénovation
