Pros:

Der Transport vom Hotel zum Busbahnhof in San Gil hat gut funktioniert.
Es ist gut, dass man kostenlos seine Wasserflasche mit Trinkwasser nachfüllen kann, allerdings darf man das nicht selbst tun, sondern muss immer an der Rezeption fragen, das ist etwas unangenehm.

Cons:

Die Anlage wirkt etwas ungepflegt. Es laufen viele Katzen herum. Das stinkende Katzenfutter liegt in der Nähe des Frühstücksbereichs. Man wollte mir erstmal ein angeblich besseres Zimmer andrehen, was aber viel schlechter war: Klein, ohne Ventilatoren und voller Mücken. Das schlimmste war, das offene Bad! Kein Dach und mit niedriger Mauer, da kann man reingucken. Nach Protest habe ich dann das Zimmer bekommen, was ich gebucht hatte mit geschlossenem Bad. Bei der Buchung bat ich um einen Flughafentransfer vom Flughafen San Gil. Angeblich bietet dieses Hotel das an, für mich war das ein Grund dieses Hotel zu buchen. Ich habe auch zusätzlich eine WhatsApp geschrieben und nie eine Antwort erhalten! Ich musste daher den Transport zum Hotel selbst organisieren.

Bon emplacement mais vetuste, peu accueillant et nettoyage/service moyen (sauf petit déjeuner)

Bon emplacement au centre historique et dans un beau jardin

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception semble totalement désintéressé, aucun sens de l'accueil, ont eu des difficultés à retrouver notre réservation et tente de nous facturer ay check-in une réservation pour 500.000cop plus chère. Les serviettes de bain n'étaient jamais changées, et le nettoyage des chambres très moyen. Tout l'établissement a besoin d'une rénovation

Tranquil, charming hotel to stay. Worth it! Adrian and the entire team were very friendly and hospitable.

Cons:

On their website is mentioned a gastrobar with menu for all day dining till 7.30 pm! But they don’t offer that, only breakfast and that was a huge disapointment. If we had known that in advance we would nog have booked this hotel. They offered a few drinks as compensation, but have still not changed their website…Furthermore there are a lot mosquitos, which is fine if you have a working mosquito net! And there was not!! So we were bitten terribly! Breakfast service was very slow, took an hour to get our food while we had to catch a flight.

La suite muy linda, grande y aseada. Las zonas verdes muy lindas, el desayuno aceptable.

Cons:

Actualización!! Nos robaron un dinero dentro de la habitación en nuestra noche de bodas, después de conciliar con el hotel logramos llegar a un acuerdo; sin embargo eso no quita lo que nos paso alli, deseamos que el hotel mejore sus protocolos de seguridad y que realmente estas cosas no se repitan. Como consejo, usen la cajilla de seguridad para guardar hasta lo más minimo.

Cuidado, me cobraron más y me hicieron perder mucho tiempo para recuperarlo.

El entorno es selvático y el patio muy bonito.

Cons:

Cuidado al pagar. Me cobraron de mas y en ese momento no me di cuenta, no me entregaron factura. Al cabo de los días mirando los movimientos de la cuenta vi que no era lo correcto y les mandé un mensaje vía booking que aun no han contestado. Como tenia su whatapp lo utilice y a este si contestaron. Me dijeron que había habido un error y que me cobraron el iva que es obligatorio para los locales pero no para extranjeros. Sospechoso. La reserva era por booking y el sistema les marca claramente el precio, presenté mis pasaportes españoles en el checkin y yo diria que casi el 100% de los clientes que reciben son extranjeros. Muy sospechoso. Me pidieron una cuenta para devolverlo y les di mi Revolut. Me dicen que no pueden hacerme una transferencia. Le pedí a la persona que se identificara como empleado del hotel o director, no lo hizo. Tras casi una semana intercambiando mensajes mientras yo seguía mi viaje por Colombia me dan como alternativa mandar un giro por western union. Intenté cobrarlo en Bogotá y no pude. Por fin al llegar a España he podido. Me han hecho perder un tiempo muy valioso, durante mi viaje y tras el mismo. Muy sospechoso y poco eficientes para resolver el problema que crearon. Incompetentes.
