Casa de Lavim - Hotel Boutique & Spa

First I was outside the property around 11pm like half hour trying to figure out, where is the property. No sign, no lights, you have to guess where the place is. I have to pull the picture from expedia to make sure. The property never reach me out to confirm or even wait for me. When I arrived he was sleeping. Didnt have A/C, even bottle of waters to sell. I spend 5 minutes and leave. Book a reservation in another place. The only person is working, not friendly at all. I definetetly dont recommended this place to anyone.

Me encanto, todo fue muy lindo agradable y el servicio muy atento, el cuarto es grande los baños limpios y muy cómodo, el desayuno delicioso. Es muy relajante el lugar. Y tiene una buena ubicación. Con gusto regreso.

Good location, very clean and comfortable, nice friendly staff

Its location was the reason we stayed there, the king size bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was VERY small, anyone tall could not possibly fit. The staff was very helpful. Very nice but simple breakfast.

Excelente atención, hotel y habitación limpios y confortables, buena ubicación, wi-fi con buena señal, en general buena relación calidad - precio.

The staff went above and beyond. I was very sick on our trip so I spent a lot of time in the hotel. The breakfast was great and the host Jorge was amazing. We did not speak Spanish very well so he made sure we could communicate and were comfortable at all times. The area is a little loud being so close to a primary street, if you stay ask to stay in the back of the house away from the main street. Great walking distance to safe neighborhoods to take in Bogota and Juan Valdez coffee shops.

It was a very nice and clean hotel. The hotel staff were very nice and always willing to help in any way possible to make my stay the best ever. Will stay again.

Excelente estadia, muy serviciales, habitaciones en excelente condiciones.

Mi estadía fue placentera, la gente muy amable, aseo diario de la habitación, las zonas comunes y la habitación en buen estado, ambiente familiar por ser una casa, solo la tarifa de hotel no incluía desayuno, preferiblemente llevar artículos personales como jabón del cuerpo y gorro si necesitas, tener claro si el valor de la reserva inicial incluye el IVA, pues en mi caso al cancelar en el hotel lo cobraron de forma adicional pero al verificar que ya estaba incluido, me lo reintegraron.

Muy bien, excelente atención, todos muy pendientes a solucionar lo que se necesite, el hotel muy cómodo y limpio.

Pero la reserva atraves de ustedes género inconsistencia, teniendo en cuenta que fue para dos personas, solo incluía desayuno para una, por lo que hubo que pagar el segundo desayuno por separado al hacer el check out.
