Basic. Remake of a previous owner.
A little awkward to reach and explore the area because of the location on a one-way frontage road.
The room was clean and nice
The staff were rude and do not inform customers that they do not do cancelations or refunds

Hair in the bed, tv was ancient and barely worked, the wall in the shower was cracked, floor obviously was not vacuumed thoroughly.
It was quiet and clean. The heater was quiet - always nice. The end table and light both had charging outlets - it’s always nice when I don’t have to move furniture to charge my phone. The property is non smoking / and my room had NOT been smoked in. I really wish more motels could figure that out.
The motel is on a highway on-ramp. If you miss the driveway you’ve got to get on the highway and try again.
People walking around the parking lot. Felt insecure and left hotel I did not spend the night. I checked out without even sleeping in hotel.

TV remote inoperative staff blamed me for breaking it.
Office does not open untill 6:30 AM had to wait for coffee
Not much to say other than the man at the front desk was nice.
Bed was very uncomfortable. Floor had not been cleaned. Not that this is the hotels fault but the highway traffic noise is a nightmare
Hotel was conveniently located right off the I-10, yet was incredibly quiet. You could barely hear the muffled sound of traffic on the highway, and what you could hear was so muffled it was almost hypnotically peaceful, like white noise. The room was very clean, and the small package of travel tissues they offer was much appreciated.
I asked to extend checkout to 11:30, but was told that I could only extend 10-15 minutes. I was in the accessible room, as I had a slight vision impairment due to a surgery, and it would have been nice to not have to rush and risk injuring myself with my vision not being as clear as it normally is due to swelling from the surgery putting pressure on my eye.
Absolutely wonderful. Rooms are clean and the front desk clerk patrick was so nice and helpful and had me checked in with ease.
Very quiet. Plenty of parking. Very friendly staff.
