Do not stay!
Pros:

This hotel was awful. The hot spring (public and private), restaurant, and all spa features were closed or non existent. This was not communicated to us at all. Do not stay here - you are risking a below average room with no resort features to offer. Even the escalators here were powered down and whole sections of the resort area were boarded up.
The rooms need a deep clean badly and have a moldy smell, like you are living inside an algea cave.

Pros:

房間整潔乾淨，一早起床有陽台可以看山景，呼吸新鮮空氣。可能近日花東補助旅遊即將截止，房務人員太忙沒有看到冰箱冷凍層還有一塊小蛋糕。反應櫃檯後已立即派員清理。

離超商很近算最大優點
Pros:

地下停車場的指示很不方便找到電梯，床頭沒有插座可充電不是很理想，進房間一開始就兩隻蟑螂say hello, WTH.房間也很潮濕，但冷氣打開就會好很多。電視壞ㄧ半，吹風機也有問題，雖櫃台有提供吹風機。床偏硬，房間的泡澡池的溫度很不好控制。想所連鎖的品牌飯店應該有一定的品質，很可惜沒有。
但行前會傳簡訊再提醒ㄧ下注意事項，還有安排安靜的房間很感謝，沒有跟團客同在一起
沒有買早餐無法給評語
離便利商店很近，飯店門口也有自動販賣機，價格跟超商的價格差不多，這點很不錯👍
但很可惜，從停車場開始就大大的失望

飯店較為老舊, 但不影響住宿品質, 服務人員態度很好, 此次入住陽台正對馬路, 早上起床看到景色, 心情也愉快起來。真要在此次住宿挑毛病, 就是停車場地上有些鐵條, 走路要小心別踢到
