Good value and clean property located well for business.
Pros:

Good sized apartments and private once inside. Well equipped - good modern appliances. Best and tidy. Unlike many serviced apartments this was cleaned daily. Ample car parking. Gated and safe. Good value.

Cons:

Older hotel with an old style arrangement of rooms around circular corridors with an open space in the middle. Easy to see ALL the guests on your floor. Obviously on the busiest road/flyover in Bangalore! Lot of road noise that starts early and ends late. Not a very easy entrance or exit (or pedestrian friendly). Mostly single business customers.
Very average restaurant.
