Upon arrival did not feel welcomed here at all. There was multiple receptionist behind the check in counter and no one bothered to call us forward. After a few minutes they started the check in process and they all kept talking amongst themselves in Mandarin, laughing and side eying us which made us feel super uncomfortable and unwelcomed. There was also no communication regarding the pools and having to pay extra for a swim cap which is quite frustrating when you've already paid a premium to stay here. Sadly starting our stay like this made everything else feel super negative here.
