Pros:

Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a capire quale fosse la porta dell'hotel. In realtà al civico 8 di Ulitsa Marata ci sono due porte,la porta dell'hotel è quella a sinistra. Per il resto camere bellissime, colazione discreta e personale gentilissimo!

Gute Lage nahe Newsky Prospect
Pros:

Wir haben die Kaminsuite mit Balkon und Küchenzeile gebucht. Gibt es garnicht. Nur kleines Zimmer mit Balkon.Auch ausgewiesene Raucherbereiche nicht vorhanden.Im großen und Ganzen aber für kurzen Aufenthalt doch zu empfehlen.

Pros:

O predio é decadente. Nao tem placa na porta. O quarto é sem ar condicionado, eramos em 5 e foi fornecido apenas um pequeno ventilador. Cafe da manha modesto, mas era gostoso. Nota 10 apenas para uma senhora que nos atendia sempre com mta gentileza. Localizacao excelente.

โรงแรมนี้ดีมากๆ อบอุ่นเป็นกันเอง สะดวกหลายๆอย่าง ติดอย่างเดียวตรงที่ตอนจะมาเช็คอินต้องกรอกรหัสเข้าประตูหน้าด้านนอก (โรงแรมคล้ายแบ่งเป็นห้องๆพัก แบบฮ่องกง แต่ดีกว่าที่ฮ่องกงมาก)

Уютный мини-отель недалеко от центра города

Небольшой и уютный отель, расположен недалеко от Московского ж/д вокзала. Несмотря на современный ремонт, в номерах постарались сохранить исторический облик: высокие потолки с лепниной, изразцовая печь. В номерах есть все необходимое: удобная кровать, шкафы для одежды и багажа, телевизор, мини-холодильник, фен, утюг, принадлежности для душа. В шаговой доступности есть торговый центр, в котором расположен продуктовый магазин, также поблизости есть кафе и столовые, где можно экономично поесть. В отеле предлагается завтрак. Общие впечатления от пребывания в данном отеле положительные. Рекомендуем!

Excellent hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

My parents and I spent 4 nights at this excellent hotel.

The location is terrific: about a 10 minute walk from the Moscow train station, and only one block away from both Nevsky Prospect and the nearest metro station.

The hotel itself is on the 4th floor of the building. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were always kind and helpful. For example, they made breakfast to order, helped order a taxi to the airport for a very reasonable price, and more. Wifi was nice and strong.

Overall, a highly recommended hotel if you're looking for a nice, quiet place to sleep and rest while visiting St. Petersburg.

貨不對板，房間只有18M，5日都無換牀單及毛巾。wi-fi 無力，一人只能用一個枕頭。早上七時三十分離客棧，升降機還未開動，要從4樓行落地下。我租用是3人房，而住相信是兩人房

Clean budget hotel
Pros:

If you're traveling on a budget, you can consider this charming hotel.
None of the staff speak in English though except one and she's not around all the time. So make sure to have your google translate on with you. The breakfast is made for you individually and you get a choice between fried eggs or porridge everyday. It's charming and delicious but if you are staying for a long time, you will get bored.
The room size is amazing though do not expect your own kettle or any other amenities. The mini-bar is empty and if you get the room with the sink, not sure what you can use it for :)
The bathroom is basic and clean with great water pressure.
The beds are very comfortable if you are into soft spring mattresses, however the king size bed, is basically two singles pushed in together, so do not expect much comfort in the middle if you're a couple.
The location is really fantastic and the elevator works fine.
The room is sound proofed nicely.

All in all - if you are not expecting luxury and just want a fairly large, charming hotel to stay at where it is managed by a group of friendly Russian ladies sitting right outside your room on the one floor the hotel is at of this building, this hotel is great.

Foi a pior experiência em hospedagem da minha vida.
1. A localização é realmente muito boa. Porém, quando você chega ao hotel, a porta está fechada e você sequer sabe qual número precisa apertar no interfone para abri-la.
2. Havia lido que um ponto positivo era o elevador. Porém, ninguém mencionou que há um lance enorme de escada antes do elevador e depois outro após a saída do elevador. Para quem está com malas pesadas é um pesadelo.
3. Ninguém fala uma palavra de inglês. Isso é bastante comum na Rússia, mas num hotel espera-se que haja um mínimo de comunicação.
4. Eles cobram uma taxa para digitalizar os documentos de um hóspede estrangeiro.
5. O quarto que fiquei era grande e razoavelmente limpo, apesar de ter um pouco de cheiro de cigarro. As cortinas não tapavam a luminosidade exterior.
6. O banheiro era o que há de pior. Assim que chegamos, já havia um leve cheiro de esgoto. Após um uso, a privada entupiu. Em seguida, começou a inundar tudo! Não foi possível mais usar nem a pia. Só consertaram no dia seguinte. Mas nesse segundo dia, a água foi cortada no meio do banho e ficamos mais quase 24 horas sem água nenhuma. No terceiro dia, começou a inundação de novo.
7. A equipe apenas resmungava em russo, não parecia estar assim tão preocupada.
8. O café-da-manhã é lamentável. E se você não comer, parece uma desfeita com eles.
Resumindo: fique longe dessa espelunca! Eu jamais teria me hospedado lá se alguém tivesse a bondade de ter sido sincero assim em seu review.

Не очень уютный номер для двоих

-Горячая вода не сразу идёт...
-не очень удобная 1 двухспальная кровать ( взяли совместили 2)
-шумный холодильник в номере стоит прямо у кровати и шумит....
