a dreadful hotel
Pros:

Misled by positive reviews, I decided to book this hotel. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have had in recent years. I cannot recall the last time I encountered such a low standard of service.

The property offers a level comparable at best to a hostel, while maintaining prices that are completely unjustified. This striking mismatch between quality and cost is difficult to accept.

From the moment of arrival, guests are met with unprofessional and unfriendly staff. The welcome was, to put it mildly, unacceptable. In addition, the check in system is time consuming and makes guests feel as if they are being treated with suspicion, which significantly reduces overall comfort.

Breakfast, served outside the hotel, leaves much to be desired. The selection is very limited and the products are of poor quality, clearly the cheapest available. Particularly concerning were the hygiene standards, with staff handling cold cuts with bare hands, which is absolutely unacceptable.

In summary, this is a place that does not meet even basic expectations for a hotel and should be avoided.

Modern, zentral, gut ausgestattet. Gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gut, die Betten bequem, Die Fenster/Türen sehr gut schall-isoliert.
Das Frühstück, obwohl momentan nicht direkt im Hotel, wär in der Nähe mit eine sehr gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Die Temperatur im Zimmer ließ sich nicht so gut regulieren.
Es wäre schön wenn auch kleinere Kopfkissen vorhanden wären.
Das Parken könnte mit eine Vereinbarung mit den Parkhäusern in der Nähe einfacher und vielleicht sogar günstiger gemacht werden, besonders wenn man in der Gegend hin und her fährt.

A l'hora de fer la reserva ni els dies previs al cobrament no se'ns va informar sobre les reformes al restaurant i l'esmorzar era a uns metres de l'hotel, tot molt bo i súper correcte, però hagués estat bé disposar d'aquesta informació, ja que a l'hora de marxar havies de tenir en compte que després tornar a l'habitació a buscar les coses implicava més temps.
