El personal va ser extremadament amable, especialment el recepcionista Miquel i el personal de neteja: vaig presentar una indisposició i em van deixar quedar-me descansant fins les 14h tot i haver d’abandonar l’habitació a les 12h teoricament. Volia expressar el meu agraïment per haver-me ajudat quan em trovaba tan malament!

La ubicacion es muy buena por estar en el centro, muy cerca de todo. La estrutura del hotel y ka renovacionque se ha hecho, el perosnal es muy amable y atento

La ubicacion es muy buena por estar en el centro, pero el ruido de la actividad nocturana es insoportable, la insonorizacion de la habitacion es deficiente.
La habitacion neceista un mantenimiento especialmente el baño.

The staff made me feel very welcome.
Pros:

very convenient location in the centre of town, spacious room, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff - inobtrusive hotel with all amenities that are needed for a short stay.

Cons:

no heating in the bathroom

I have visited Reus many times, this is a great choice for city centre - close to everything we needed, clean, warm and friendly.

Location, although town center is not a large area so anywherein town centre would be a good location.

Cons:

As a solo traveler is disapointting to be accomodated into a room with two single beds.
Basic room amenities.

Volveré en otra ocasión , muy tranquilo , me gustó mucho

La habitación muy cómoda, decorada muy simple pero muy bonito es lo que me gusto.
Todo se veía muy limpio
