It was a good stay.
Pros:

The room was beautiful. Location-wise not far from all the amenities.

Cons:

Very noisy at all times of the day

Ogólnie miejsce godne polecenia. Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna, dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania na piechotę centrum, śniadania w porządku, ładne wnętrze, super basen, miły i pomocny personel.

Cons:

można popracować nad Wi-Fi.

Pros:

Amazing rooms, location and staff. The breakfast was copious and served buffet-style.

When we had a noise issue, the staff was fast to find a solution, moving my family of four in 2 separate rooms for one night, before finding us a replacement room.

Nice touch to have a jacuzzi bathtub in the rooms.

Cons:

Some door mechanism could be updated to be more modern (key cards instead of locks) but this definitely would not impact my rating for this excellent establishment.

Mooie kamers, goede service. Prima!
Pros:

Goede service, goede locatie, zwembad met enkele ligstoelen, mooie kamers...

Cons:

Kamers zijn heel mooi, minder goed geïsoleerd tegen lawaai langs straatkant. Dit is de enige opmerking die ik kan geven.

Hot water situation extremely disappointing especially given the nightly rate we paid.
Pros:

Beautiful pool area, large room with lots of space. Good location. Not far from sites.

Cons:

We had hot water for 1/5 days of our stay. We told front desk on our first morning we did not have hot water. Day 2 still no hot water. Told front desk again. Day 3 no hot water. Sent a message via booking.com hotel message service. Was eventually told problem was fixed. Day 4 we finally had hot water. Day 5 and final day/morning no hot water. The water was not ice cold but there was no heated water. It was a cool shower 4/5 days.

很糟糕的飯店！

泳池

Cons:

1.清潔真的不行！
房內浴室地板極為髒污，雖飯店設備裝潢較為陳舊，但該有的乾淨還是應該要有；除了極為恐怖的浴室地板外，其他各個角落都可看到或多或少的灰塵!
2.熱水完全不熱！
不管是浴缸還是淋浴，都只有溫水，這應該是很基本該具備的，這飯店居然達不到，很令人失望！
3.非常非常不推薦！

Would have been a good stay in a nice, friendly, clean hotel but it was inconvenient moving between 2 rooms twice. Also
Pros:

Traditional decor and feel, nice balcony, room was a good size. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Aircon did not work in room 2202. Staff offered us another room 2206 but it did not have a balcony. We returned to original room believing the aircon had been fixed but unfortunately we could not sleep during our final night at Pingviman Hotel as the aircon broke down again at 3am. Frustrating.

Un hôtel sublime
Pros:

Nous avions une chambre au 3ème étage dans le style Lana, en bois avec un bain à remous. La chambre est très grande, bien décorée et riche en points lumineux. Elle était impeccable et le ménage est irréprochable. La grande terrasse donnant sur la piscine est magnifique. Le personnel est aux petits soins, parle anglais et serviable.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux avec un mix asiatique et européen. Prendre son petit-déjeuner à coté du bassin aux poissons avec vue sur la piscine est très chic et agréable. Il y fait calme malgré une localisation parfaite pour visiter le centre historique.

Cons:

La chasse d'eau des wc qui est capricieuse.
