Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The pool was nice, large bed and comfortable pillows, spacious room.

Cons:

Not a big deal but you cant smoke on your balcony. There is a designated smoking area.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll im Kolonial Stil eingerichtet. Das Bett war mit 1,8m groß genug. Im Zimmer hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die erste Füllung der Minibar war inklusive, was ich mir bei jedem Hotel wünschen würde. Lage ist am Rande der Altstadt, wobei man Fußläufig gut ins Zentrum kommt, und auch zügig einen Nachtmarkt und einige Bars erreicht,. Weil wir sehr früh ankahmen durften wir Problemlos die Wartezeit am Pool verbringen. Auswahl beim Frühstück ist gut: diverse Säfte, Kuchen, Obst und Gemüse. Mehrere Thaigerichte und eine Eierstation, wo vom Spiegelei bis zum Omlett ziemlich alles zubereitet wurde. Cornflakes und Toast waren auch vertreten.

Cons:

Die Thaigerichte waren geschmacklich nicht auf dem Niveau, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Aber jeder hat auch einen anderen Geschmack. Verhungern muss keiner.

Nice little hotel but slightly far from centre.
Pros:

Smallish hotel in central chang mai with nice pool and friendly staff.

Cons:

Much of pool area in shade and sun beds rather uncomfortable. 30 min walk or taxi to get to main sights and shopping.

Lovely surprise
Pros:

Pingviman was a lovely surprise, the room was both large and stylish, with wooden floors and elaborate wood carving decorations. The bathroom was great, feauturing both a large shower and a jacuzzi. Our room was tucked away on the ground floor just by the pool so it was very quiet and private. There is also a balcony and a complentary minibar. Staff were helfpul and friendly. Location is also great, easy access to everything. Breakfast was alright. It was spotless clean.

Beautiful hotel , great location , amazing value for money
Pros:

We had a room on the ground floor with pool access. It was one of the most beautiful rooms we’ve ever stayed in, so characteristic, huge and immaculately clean. The pool was also so quiet and tranquil .
Breakfast was great with lots of options hot and cold and the pool/bar food was outstanding especially the spring rolls .
Staff were very polite and helpful .
Location perfect

Absolutely nothing
We would 100% recommend

Pros:

the rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the pool area was amazing. Staff were extremely friendly

the key to get in the room was slightly frustrating and the sun beds didn’t get a lot of sunlight due to the hotel layout

Excellent stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. Restaurant was very good. Pool was nice and refreshing. Staff were very friendly. Good value.

Cons:

Bed was a bit too hard for my liking otherwise I would rate this hotel as a 10.
