A bit expensive for what it is
Pros:

Big and comfortable room, good pool area, VERY nice bed super comfortable

Cons:

Very “out of date” looks like it was made in the 70s and never updated. Breakfast was ok, not good. Tried fried breakfast bread and it was hard as a rock, tea eggs didn’t taste anything, fruit was ok

ทำเลที่ตั้งไกลจากทะเลสาป SUNMOON LAKE ต้องขับรถไป และละแวกที่พักไม่ค่อยมีร้านอาหาร และมีทัวร์ลงค่อนข้างเยอะ

不推一泊二食，強推一泊一食就好，晚餐CP不高，給了一盤幾片蔬菜+肉塊，刀子也沒提供，自己走去跟服務生索取，半自助區是早餐的1/5之一，當看到早餐豐盛的自助區時，真心覺得多加的晚餐1700沒有那個價

床很舒服，泡湯舒服

Cons:

工作人員態度不佳，在詢問需要兩間等級不同價格，分別的價格要跟同伴說明，旁邊的女性員工嚴厲的說不行，那樣也不行，我想手寫給我也不行。有什麼不方便的地方，可以委婉或是禮貌性地告知，用很直接的理直氣壯口氣連續三次說不行。
反而是面前處理的員工說可以用手寫的部分提供。

房間空間還不錯，硬體方面還不錯，也有附上迎賓小點心以及汽水飲料。
Pros:

有迎賓小點心(餅乾、果凍)、Mini Bar，除了常見的瓶裝水，還有可樂和運動飲料。
廁所內的馬桶是免治馬桶，以一間飯店硬體有配到這種，基本上就加分的。

Cons:

房間內附的室內拖鞋居然是夾腳拖鞋，非常不習慣，希望飯店方可以改成直接一般腳可以伸進去的拖鞋就好。
房間內的崁燈沒有多段或者小燈，可能是個人感覺問題偏多，不到想睡覺但又希望房間內的亮度不要太亮。

Pros:

The hot tub was AMAZING. Room is huge and spacious. Would say this is the best or second best hotel I've stayed at in all of Taiwan. The location is fantastic too since you only need to walk about 5 mins to the main bus area and town area.

There's also a bike shop just outside the hotel area along the street and you even get a discount if you rent a bike from them if youre staying at the hotel. This is extremely convenient because you dont have to walk far for ANYTHING, and getting around is really easy.

Theres even game room, family room, pool table, mahjong table available at the resort. You can rent their ktv room as well.

Breakfast buffet line was pretty wide tbh, and they even have a separate section for vegetarians.

Cons:

Maybe a small shuttle to and fro the hotel and bus station would be amazing? Like a electric cart. That'll probably make this a 5 star hotel.

Theres no proper walking path so youre pretty much pulling your luggage along the side of the road.

Also going uphill into the hotel property, its bumpy and the luggage wheels gets stuck - so hopefully they can make a smooth walking pathway!
