Pros:

They allow smoking on floors where the rooms are. Internet was not good in my room. The parking is on street and they try to charge for that. The service was good and the staff are friendly. The restaurants are pretty good. Gym is pretty good.

Great lobby and nice service from staff. However, plumbing in the hotel was poor. Hot water was not available at times. I had to change rooms. In the second room, the toilet flush stopped working

at the very end of our stay (3 weeks time) we found a used/dirty/soiled white underwear in the top shelf of our room closet.

Pros:

First it’s hard to find the entrance to the hotel if you are driving .
Second there is no sign from the basement to show where is the reception .
Third the hotel needs renovation and maintenance specially in the air conditioner.
But the staff are helpful , very friendly and professional.
Also hotel in good location.

A culture media for COVIS19. None of the staff wearing a mask. Rooms are outdated and literally rusted. I can rate it as maximum 2 star hotel - if applicable.
