Wonderful little place!
Pros:

I absolutely loved that it was located in a little fishing village. It reminds me of the one back home, called Matlacha and unfortunately our little fishing village was destroyed by hurricane Ian. Just being on site brought back so many happy memories. My mom
Loved the balcony, it was lovely to stand on it and look at the water. The saltwater pool was heated and really nice too. Beds were super comfy. I also like that they just emailed me a door code so I could check in late and there was no key to turn in when we left, so checkout was just a goodbye and thanks.

Cons:

Smelled a little weird, but that might be related to the location. The walls might need a washing, or it could just be a little off because its right on the sea and it absorbed the sea smells. Thats literally it. This is my first stay on the sea like this, so that smell might be normal.

Our short overnight stay was fine and suited our needs.
Pros:

The location suited our needs and was great. The weather was not that good, so we could not enjoy the surroundings.
The order communication and instructions were great. There was no breakfast (as expected), but there was a coffee machine with capsules, which was enough for us.

Cons:

The room was clean but a bit stuffy. Unfortunately, because it was windy and a bit cold, we could not open a window to let in some fresh air.

Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, everything I needed was close by. The front desk girl was incredibly nice and professional. The room was extremely spacious. I couldn’t have asked for a better place

Beautiful area but I wouldn’t choose this place again based on cleanliness.
Pros:

Beautiful location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Obviously outdated, that was tolerable. The room wasn’t very clean and the photos were a bit misleading (even the building looks different.) The toilet wasn’t clean, the bathroom ceiling had mold, the shower didn’t drain properly so we didn’t shower or we’d have been standing in nasty water. Nothing else was available in all of the keys or we’d have gone elsewhere. The handyman work around there is interesting to say the least. There was a used tampon applicator on the back docks. Oh and we got woken at 7am to a kid throwing rocks at the building.

A place to stay for fun, fishing and water sports
Pros:

The location is good with free parking & great view of the gulf. There is a food truck on site. Friendly staff with great advice for local places to eat & drink. Looks like a good effort going into upgrading the store area with food,drink & supplies

Cons:

Bathroom ceiling needs a good cleaning & paint. Mold/mildew damage & staining. Price was high for the room quality but the rates are high everywhere in the keys in Jan

Great Keys location
Pros:

Parking was good. Found it to be quiet. Enjoyed being on the water. Room was very spacious.

Cons:

The lock on the sliding door didn't seem very strong and it made me nervous every night. Also our code didn't work. Thankfully we got in early enough that day staff was still there.

The proximity to the highway means a lot of noise.

Pros:

Easy check in check out, super friendly staff, amazing location, beds are extremely comfortable! Overall we had an excellent two day stay.

Cons:

We booked two rooms and one was renovated and the other was not. The non renovated rooms are clean and as put together as can be but definitely need to be renovated. In their defense they have new ownership and it takes time to get renovations done, but you can see the progress they are making.
