Veramente un ottimo hotel, funzionale e con tutto ad un buon livello

SU SISTEMAS DE RESERVA PÉSIMO

Mala atención y mal sistema de reservas

Cons:

Al momento de presentarme en el hotel con una reserva confirmada de 5 habitaciones dobles estándar, el personal me informó que dichas habitaciones no existían como dobles, ya que para ellos correspondían a habitaciones simples.

Lejos de ofrecer una solución, intentaron obligarme a pagar un monto adicional, argumentando un error interno. El trato recibido fue poco profesional, irónico y sin disposición para resolver el problema, lo cual generó una experiencia muy incómoda, dejando a todo mi equipo en la calle

Considero inaceptable que una reserva confirmada por Booking no sea respetada ni atendida adecuadamente.

Tenía ascensor, el personal fue amable, el desayuno a tiempo y la ubicación muy céntrico

Cons:

La almohada de cama fue incómoda y en la ducha se fue el agua caliente pero luego volvió

Buen hotel, mala ubicación por ruido de discotecas
Pros:

Habitación cómoda, grande y limpia. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

El pronlema es el ruido de las discotecas hasta las 5am que no dejan descansar, deberían hacer gestiones con la municipalidad para arreglar ese problema que lo perjudica ya que las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas.

Pros:

Solicite un jacuzzi, lo aprobaron pero mi habitación no tenía el jacuzzi.

Cons:

La bulla delas discotecas cerca, además que no se xq el sistema no capturo que éramos 5 personas (3 adultos, 2 niños pequeños) en un cuarto de 4 en la que no hubo otra solución más que cobrarnos más, en vez de buscar otra solución como una cama pequeña.
