Early check in wonderful location lovely welcome 10/10
Pros:

I loved the ambience I received a wonderful welcome and was shown into my room well before official check in time which was very much appreciated. They reached out before arrival to ascertain what my arrival time was likely to be and the location was amazing so close to the opera house. The sightseeing bus I had booked also stopped right outside which was super convenient

Exceptional in every regard. You won’t find a nicer place in Vienna!
Pros:

We frequently travel to Vienna to attend performances at the Vienna State Opera and Musikverein and have stayed in many different hotels and vacation apartments in a wide range of price points over the years. After our 12-night stay in June 2026 at the Hotel Pension Suzanne, it is now our absolute favorite and the place that we will book for our trips in 2027. It is very special for several key reasons. 1) it is in the absolute best location; 2) the room was impeccably clean, well appointed, comfortable, and quiet; and 3) the family and staff who run the place were incredibly helpful and kind.

Cons:

It was the perfect place for us. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.
