Pros:

Polite personnel, very clean room, they offered daily cleaning. Top location - at the Opera but on a quiet street. 5 min walk away from inner circle tourist attractions. Upon check in we were provided with a city map and details about different attractions and current events were shared. Also some restaurants were recommended, which was very helpful and kind. Despite our visit during a national holiday, the reception was open for us.

Cons:

It met my expectations and even pleasantly surprised me with the clean and well-maintained bathroom, the traditional Viennese decoration that made us feel even more welcome and ... our kid - a bit more royal. :)

Location excellent, but a different (or additional) chair would have been helpful.
Pros:

Location was excellent, just across the street from the Staatsoper and Sacher Hotel. Having a staffed reception that was open during the day was very helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately the only chair in the room was an armchair, and it was too low to sit on if one wanted to work or do anything at the little table. I had to sit on the bed and pull the table over in order to be at the right height to do work and/or eat a snack at the table. Also, would have greatly appreciated a small fridge -- if not in the room itself, then in the little sitting room outside which several other rooms had access to.

Konumu çok güzeldi . Çalışanlar ilgili , tecrübeli , güleryüzlüydü . Havlular , nevresimler , yataklar tertemizdi . Sıcak su bol akıyor , oda da layığıyla ısınıyordu . Turistik gezi için gitmişken tercih ettiğimiz için çok mutlu olduk .

Cons:

Tesis aslında bir apartmanın dairelerimden oluşuyor , pension ok ama hotel olarak adlandırılmasını yanıltıcı buldum .
