Great stay: perfect location. Incredible hosts. The rooms have a lot of character: back in time, comfortable, and warm
Pros:

Truly exceptional staff - very kind, supportive, wanting to ensure that all guests have a great time in Vienna.

Cons:

It is important to highlight that I will be staying again at Pension Suzanne next time I’m in Vienna. So there was nothing I did not like “per se”. One just needs to be prepared that it’s an old building and walls are quite thin. So noise can travel.

A beautiful, clean and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Vienna
Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, pillow was very good. The bathroom was very clean and big too. The location was very central. They even gave recommendations for cafes/restaurants. Michael was very helpful and nice.

Cons:

No complaints.

Charm, comfort, location & genuine hospitality.
Pros:

We truly enjoyed the traditional Viennese atmosphere of this centrally located hotel. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming. We greatly appreciated their effort to provide us with a room earlier than the official check-in time, which made our stay even more comfortable, as well as the luggage storage after check-out.
The room was spacious, housekeeping was excellent, and we appreciated the constant hot water and the coffee machine amenities. There were also lovely restaurants and bakeries just around the corner.
We will definitely come back again!

Comfortable stay with excellent Location.
Pros:

Excellent Location. Loads of Cafe's and Attractions. Hop in /Hop Of Bud is just almost outside the Hotel. Very Helpful Front desk.

Cons:

The size of the room could have been a bit better for the amount that we are paying. But then, the LOcation is supreme so that compensates for the high price.

　立地最高❣️お値段感謝🤗
Pros:

オペラ座のすぐ近くのこのペンションに泊まれて、本当に良かったです。最高の立地です。大きなホテルにはない家族経営のあたたかさがあり落ち着きました。鍵が三段階なので安心です。

Cons:

古くからの宿だから仕方ないですが、隣室の音がよくきこえてしまいます。一人旅と複数の方々とは、部屋を離していただきたい。
　次回もお願いしたいですが、その時はもう少し景色を楽しめる部屋に泊まりたいです。
