A very positive stay, great service, convenient location if you put in some reasonable effort.
Pros:

"Sariah" at the front was very helpful and provided for our reasonable housekeeping requests . She helped make this hotel worthy of repeat visits when we ever come back. This hotel is convenient next to Rik, Concertgebow and train and bus lines. Big thank you to her and Amsterdam.

Cons:

It is the facility; it is smaller than an American hotel; too small sink, the shower floor could be leveled to where the water could flow to drain, and steep stairs. No ac here but fans helped. Our team made it work.

Sehr tolles Hotel. Hat alles was man braucht. Der Preis ist hervorragend für Amsterdam und die Lage wunderbar. Zentral, ruhig, nett. Zwar ist die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt, das Personal ist allerdings sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Wer eine günstige, zentrale und gute Unterkunft ohne grossen Luxus sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Pros:

I like the hotel. It is generally in the heart of the city.

Cons:

I did not like the stairs because they were very small and the slope was quite big, it is easy to slip and fall down.

Pros:

Tiene una maravillosa ubicación, la habitación muy limpia y el personal en recepción es sumamente amable, amigable y flexible.

Cons:

Únicamente en verano se puede llegar a sentir mucho calor dentro del edificio pero no hay problema porque habían dos ventiladores dentro de la habitación.

Had a great stay with lots of things to do in the radius.
Pros:

It was a great location and was near lots of shops and parks. Loved the included mini fridge very convenient to keep breakfasts in there

Cons:

The staircases were very narrow and steep but that’s expected in Amsterdam. The shower was quite wet and hard to keep your clothes dry

Great stay and lovely staff!
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel. I really loved my stay as staff is very communicative and they're always ready to answer your questions. The room was excellent, clean, and very cozy. It was easy to access and there's plenty of things to do at walking distance. It is a great location as the neighborhood is very quiet at night and you can sleep well. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and the restroom was also big and clean. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for comfort, peace, and great staff.
