A beautifully decorated stay in a prime location with all the amenities you could need. Back for the second time and still as impressed great service, tasty food, and wonderful staff!

We chose to stay here because the accommodation is located right in the heart of Nimman, close to MAYA shopping mall, and it's very convenient for getting around. Finding a motorbike rental shop is also super easy. It's just a 10-minute drive from Tha Phae Gate.

The room is very clean, and all the facilities are well-equipped. The 4K restaurant offers delicious food — a must-try is the Thai-style green curry beef served with Indian-style naan bread. The flavors go together perfectly and create a truly satisfying experience.

Lovely modern and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options. The location is great as there is lots of walking and shopping options. The main square is a 20 min walk or 5 min taxi ride. Would highly recommend the hotel and would visit again.

The clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff made this a truly perfect place to stay. I will definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai. It was easy to get around thanks to the diverse attractions and big shopping mall in the area.

windows are not soundproof. Very noisy at night like motorcycles and airplanes.

飯店離Maya商場走路約5分鐘內跨過馬路就是寧曼一號相當方便。早餐很豐富，重點是從櫃檯到餐廳到房務人員都充滿笑容對客戶打招呼，很棒的住宿體驗。

訂了四間房，其中兩間房的朋友住到半途因為感覺房間內有點奇怪而放棄住宿

Excellent location with everything you need, attentive staff even though it’s a budget friendly hotel. Breakfast was great many choices for us as we love Thai food but there were also western offerings. We would stay here again.

I really love staying here — waking up to the mountain view is amazing. The room is spacious with a bathtub, and there’s a swimming pool right in the middle of the property. Most importantly, the food is incredibly delicious! I’d love to come back again.

Great stay here! It was very walkable to the markets and shopping areas and lots of food options close by.

The staff are the best thing about this hotel, they are so friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms are good. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of international dishes, and having breakfast by the pool is great. It is well located for the Maya centre, restaurants and banks.

Room setting is modern and comfortable. Facilities are sufficient and well thought, love the balcony with clothing rack . However, there is one major issue , the inhouse WIFI is very unstable, it keeps dropping out and blackspot in certain corner of the hotel room, this need to be corrected. The pool is good size, but it is right next to the restaurant. so we cannot swim there during busy morning breakfast hours. There is a renovation going on , so we cannot swim when the constructions is in progress.
