花蓮駅からは少し離れていますが無料の送迎サービスがあります！自転車も無料で貸してくれるので大東門夜市や市場、朝一への移動にとても便利です。スタッフの方も英語は堪能で片言でも親切に対応してくれます。花蓮に訪れた際はまた利用したいと思います。

良いホテル
Pros:

普通のビジネスホテルですが、
フロントの方々の接客が細部に気遣いがあり、快適でした。
日本語は通じませんが、私の拙い英語も笑顔で聞き取ってもらいました。
ランドリールームも清潔 (無料)
立地も良いです。カフェや飲食店が点々としていて散策も楽しい。繁華街も近く、夜市も徒歩10分ちょっと。
アップグレードもしていただきました。

令人滿意的良好酒店

福品旅店是間經營得很好的酒店，他們專業，員工勤快，待客親切；無論房間打掃、餐廳供應、前台服務… 各項工作都完善妥貼，我和太太住3天，讚賞不斷，印象深刻。其實我們遠道從加拿大前來，這次專門到花蓮和台北觀光，合共7天；個人體驗，台灣各處遇到的人，不論任何工作崗位，或路上途人，都非常禮貌友善，值得敬佩。

這次亞洲之行，三週内我們到五處地方，住宿過六間酒店，大致上每所都很好；但當中福品旅店最佳，她們幾名前台服務員最優秀，其中楊小姐給予最深印象。
